They gave me a seat AND they showed me a Specialized (brand) Roll (model) with a low bar entry. I came back to buy one, but they didn't have the size I needed so they searched the other stores and found me one in their Glenside store. I wanted it before their weekly swap day, so I picked it up in Glenside. Fritz had a simple and amazing fix for my knee pain--raising the seat. I took a quick spin down the street. It was amazing! i remembered how much I enjoy riding. And. no more pain! I then took the bike back to Paoli where Sig mounted (and recommended) the "running lights" and odometer the shop sold me as well as the "basket" I bought on Amazon. He also took the initiative to fix the mottled paint job under the handlebar. THANK YOU!!! Tomorrow I am hitting the bike trail for the first time in about 20 years. I highly recommend this store. None of the typical bike shop attitude…read more I found them through a search on the Giant website because my tri bike was in need of a tuneup before an upcoming race. When I called to make sure they could fit me in, Rob, the GM, was very friendly and encouraged me to bring my bike in whenever it was convenient. When I arrived, both Rob and Kyleem (sp?) were courteous and welcoming. Rob gave my bike a once over so we would have an idea of what all would be required in the tuneup-and he didn't do it in the typical I'll-talk-down-to-you-because-you're-a-woman way most bike shops do. Kyleem chatted with me about bikes and gave me a lot of good info about the differences between two group sets on a new Giant I'm thinking about buying. They promised my bike would be ready the next day and sure enough, I got an email the next afternoon that it was ready to pick up. I got the same friendly service when I picked up my bike, and the cost for tuneup and hub repair was super reasonable. If you need service or maybe a new bike, definitely give this shop a try. You won't be disappointed.

I walked my bike over and the attendant was super nice and ready to diagnose and fix whatever was going on. I was hoping it wasn't going to take too long and whatever needed to be fixed would be fairly affordable - I was in great luck! Everything took about 20 minutes, so impressed! There's also a full cafe when you walk in, which I didn't partake in, but was definitely tempted to! The cafe worker did offer me some water while I waited though so that was really nice! Def will come back here to check out the cafe, and maybe add on a cupholder to my bike :).
