Eager to find a way to continue my ride I searched on-line for the closest bike shop which happened to be Circle Cycle not too far away. I hadn't heard about this shop before because I haven't been riding to frequently over the last couple of years. When I got there, I was instantly greeted by the shop's the shop's two owners who were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. They graciously supplied me with a new tube and even offered the tools needed so I could fix my tire quickly because I was in a rush to get back on those trails! I enjoyed having knowledgeable conversation about the history of their shop, upcoming events and races in the surrounding areas, and an outline of their shop's setup. While there, I took notice of their bike's they had for sale which offers a wide range from startup, mid-range, and even the elite high-end. Their parts, equipment, and supplies covered everything a beginner, novice, and expert's would need. I highly recommend all bike enthusiasts to check this shop out as soon as you can. He said it would cost over $180-$200 to fix it, and that I was better off just getting a whole new motor and wheel. Instead, I brought it to my trusted bike shop that I used to live near, and those guys took great care of it, explaining that the 3 broken spokes had to be replaced, but that re-tensioning the wheel would actually take care of the other loose spokes. And it all cost under $50! Definitely stay away from this place!

I have been…read moreconsidering getting an eBike for some time had researched several styles and manufacturers but I wasn't really set on a specific one. I found Redline Ebikes through that research since they carried a couple brands I was considering. I scheduled an appointment with Gary since I was given his name as the contact for my gift card. I wasn't really sure why I needed an appointment until I arrived. Gary takes the time to provide a wealth of information and the pros and cons of each style and model. He ensures the fit is appropriate for the rider and the model is right for the intended use. I had no real understanding of cadence versus torque or why the motor mounting was a consideration but Gary took the time to explain and demo various styles. He listened to my preferences and helped my land on the Himiway Big Dog. As soon as I took it for s test ride, I knew it was the perfect one for me. I am 5'4" and he made sure everything from the seat to height and angle of the handlebars and brakes were aligned perfectly for me. I was so thrilled with my new bike that we ended up getting one for my husband as well who is 6'3" and decided on the D5 Zebra ST. We also got the carrier for the truck and when we went to pick up the bikes, again Gary scheduled an appointment so we could get a thorough lesson on how the get the bikes loaded up and the carrier fitted properly for the bike positions as well as clear instructions on charging and maintaining the batteries. We also purchased several accessories to complete our purchase and could not be more pleased with the whole experience. I would highly recommend Redline Ebikes - the customer service is exceptional! Truth is, most people don't really know what they're talking about when it comes to cycling, myself included. So it's great to have a staff that will actually tell you what's best for you, rather than just smile and nod while you make the wrong choices based off of misinformation you read on a blog ten years ago. Both bikes, so far, have been for my daughter. Based on the care and direction they've shown me and my daughter over the past four years on these relatively smaller purchases, I feel confident that I can trust Keswick Cycle to help me make the right choice when it's time for me to upgrade my own bike. I don't like to leave poor reviews and I've thought long and hard about this but after returning to…read moremy hometown bike shop and receiving exceptional service, I'm deeply disappointed about my experience at Keswick. I came in to finish installing new tri bike handlebars and to bleed the brakes. The brake bleeding was $75 each, $150 total. My hometown shop charges $25 each, for $50 total and recently serviced my brakes in the same hour I dropped the bike off. Not to mention in a state that has a higher cost of living than Pennsylvania. I was in no rush at keswick but the quickest they could finish my bike was in 2.5 weeks. Needless to say I was out $350 for the entire procedure and even had to go back the next day because my headset cap was crooked. My husband brought the bike back and and the mechanic said it looks crooked because my bars are crooked. With no alteration the bike came back to me and although the bars and wheels are straight, the cap is still crooked. And the brakes are pretty loosely bleed on the right and tighter on the left, which is very lazy and poor attention to detail. I wish I could get my money back but having moved away I can't go back in. At least my bikes don't have to come here again.
