Great company to get a car with. I am on my 2nd vehicle and have had great service from multiple employees. Belinda, Araceli, and Billy are amazing but there is one person and her name is BRENDA, she is the most disrespectful employee ever . Not only was she being petty and placed me on hold for 7 mins cause she said she does have all day to mess with me only because she would not slow down and realize she gave me the incorrect email to begin with. She tries to use collection tactics that are very early stage collections tactics . She does need to be retrained or actually just let go over all. They sold my daughter a piece of crap of a car. She returned the car, but the manager, Matt, was rude and making unnecessary comments to my daughter. I was on the phone when he was making the comments. When I asked for the corporate number, he claimed he was in charge. He was his own boss, but later said he would have talk to finance about giving her back her down payment. He was talking in circles and made no sense. If he is in charge, he can tell finance to refund the money. This dealership takes advantage of people's circumstances and situations. AVOID THIS PLACE!! read more

I am on my third car with this company and usually everyone is so respectful. For the last 2 car notes, I noticed the amount was $50 more was being charged. Turns out even though I have had full coverage on my car and never missed a payment, they decided to add their own coverage. My father's health is declining rapidly so it wasn't my priority. I called and spoke to Hercienda who's suppose to be the manager or something there. The attitude was unacceptable and disgraceful. She placed blame on me while I'm looking at the emails with my insurance info I sent a few times to Matt King. She said she would get back to me when she feels like it and hung up the phone. I called back because I was ripped off straight up and she said the line went dead. I have never experienced such ill mannered, unprofessional behavior and never from someone with the title manager. At one point, I would have given Mr. Bill a high rating. However, after my last experience that has completely changed. I have done business with Mr. Bill for years and bought several cars from them. We always paid on time, every time. PERFECT credit with them. never missed a single payment ... ever. My husband and I recently fell on hard times, and had some issues with bills due to the loss of my husbands job. When my husband gained a new job we needed to get a second car so he could actually get to his job in a reliable vehicle. We called Mr. Bill knowing that we had established excellent credit with them directly. My husband called and the sales person told him ... come in, you are approved. You can purchase anything you want on the lot; we have you covered. After getting there, the car we were wanting was marked up WAY over Kelly Blue Book and they were wanting more than we could afford for a down payment. So we discussed other options for a less down payment, in a price we could afford. We looked at several options. They told us what we could get for the down payment we could afford, yet every one of those they kept telling us no. Even though they said they didn't even look at our credit report, and they were taking in our excellent credit with their company. I have never had such a problem getting a car from them in the past. I could walk in, pick what I wanted and leave that day with a a car and they KNEW I would make every payment on time, every time. They made us feel like low life people. We left there completely humiliated. We received a letter in the mail yesterday denying us the ability to purchase a car. Shame on you Mr. Bill for not helping out good people who fell on hard times and now finally gainfully employed and working to build their life back up. You were supposed to help people like that. Instead you turned away a long time faithful customer. Don't worry, I will let everyone know how you do business. I received my car from here and the salesman who sold me my car was awesome "Benito" but after receiving my car I noticed some gum in my back door and some scratches as well as some minor dents... Benito was awesome once again and was going to remove the damages but I believe he doesn't work there anymore because I have not seen him at all and I haven't been able to get that work done! As well as the customer service freaking sucks when they are trying to get the car note money! I bought a Kia Sorento from this place about a year ago. Since then I had to replace the alternator, the drive line parts went out 6 months ago and still trying to get them fixed I have no AC it was southern engineered to con someone, me, to buy the vehicle, $2000 to replace the entire system. If you pay your bill on time you will be penalized by your note being sold to a finance company United Acceptance Corporation, that charges you $35 to make your payment from a money wire company or you can mail in a money order. I purchased a car from this company a year ago 3/23/2018. I bought a Chrysler 200. from day one I had nothing but issues with this car and this car lot made all kind of fake promises that they were going to fix this issues with the vehicle. everytime I called them to see when I can get the issues fixed it was some issue, one day I took the car to the dealership and to see if they could get the ball rolling on the repairs which was sway bar links and a airbag light that been on since the 2nd week of me buying the car and they told me that they lost the paperwork saying they were going to fix the car. all they could say was I could have them fix the car but I would have to pay for the repairs.. I advised they guy of why would I pay for issues that were preexisting?? well to make a long story short.. I will now be returning this piece of crap back to them.. I refuse to make this dealership rich off me.. please if you buy a car from them make sure u get the car checked and if any issues with it make sure u get something in writing saying they will fix it and make sure you take a copy.. this dealership is crooks.... Do not buy a car from them!!!!!! The worse customer service I have ever experience!!! I bought a 2012 Nissan Versa from this dealership. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life from the car salesperson (Jaime), manager (Mark) and the clerk. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever came across. I have had several problems with my car (paint job & battery) since I bought it less then a month ago, and because I voice my concerns I get altitude & disrespect. I been up there at lease four time since I bought my car 04/19/15 and every time I leave I am so upset to the point of tears. I recently went in Monday to sign my title paper work and get treated like trash by the clerk for no reason, never once had I spoken to this lady. The sad part is that you can not speak to anyone there about your issues because even the managers (Mark) can careless. He was very rude and condescending.
