I had an outstanding experience working with Shandron. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle--not just making a sale. He answered every question with patience, broke down all the details clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. If you're looking for a trustworthy, friendly, and highly professional car salesman, Shandron is the one to ask for. read more

Terrible place, only buy a car if you have extra money to put into the car. You are dam near buying a project car and yk they don't give af that you haven't even had the car a good three months and have had three instances that car has broken down. They buy shitty ass auction cars so project cars only buy a car here if you got extra money or save your time and go to a dealership no one here is professional. I've asked to speak with a manager like almost two weeks ago and ain't nobody call me but the repair people who have had the car twice and ain't fix shit. read more

One of the better car experiences I've had. They don't try to gash you in prices and are upfront. You know what you going to get from the beginning to the end of signing the papers. Will recommend others that are looking for a car read more

do not go to these people. They have no mercy they are hard up they don't want to fix anything and then they want to try and talk to you crazy and call you and call you and call you. I lost my job. I'll let them know that and I get that you know I have to make my payments, but when somebody's having issues or having trouble, they don't care Anna yeah will have to put on a post. If you do go there and you'll get her you got to put in a place she has no kind of customer service. She's real nasty, real ugly and she don't know how to talk to people. read more

Regardless of the situation, you MUST ask PERMISSION on where and when you are allowed to drive your vehicle. They also steal property out of the vehicles. Horrible customer service, rude and disrespectful employees. read more

don't buy a car here. I bought a Tahoe. i made every payment, not one single late or missed payment. Then almost 3 years later I had a wreck and the guy hit me at 85 mph and I was setting still. It totaled it. So when I called for the 10 day pay off because my statements showed I owed 10k still so i expected the 10 day pay off to be a couple thousand less because I have paid off cars in the past, they say it's only $10.00 less because they don't charge annual interest, they charge daily interest. That's not what I was told at the time that I bought it. So after paying on a 2013 Tahoe over 2 years at $600 per month, never being late, never missing a payment, they still hit me for the $10,000 they swore I owed them. They don't report to the credit agencies unless you don't pay them. as for those of us who paid on time every month, even through the pandemic, they don't report. They don't reward you in any way shape or form. They just keep screwing you over. i can assure you that you will not love that car after a few years when you can trade it because they have charged you to much or you have a wreck and need to pay the note off and have some for the down payment on a new car. Second they will only report unpaid payments. They don't report paid payments. I also purchased their gap policy. That didn't cover the down payment on my new car either. The new car I bought through a real bank. Trust me when I say they will screw you over really bad here. It's a joke. The only good thing I can say is that it was a good car but I also serviced it every 90 days. read more

I've had my car for a year and I have had no issues from Owings Auto or any other customer service until today I spoke to a young lady by the name of KRISTON .Not only was she unhelpful rude and condescending but she was just downright disrespectful and the way that she handled me and my situation. For the last year I've had no issues with making a payment on my car note or anything of that sort. But the one time I loose my debit card and I look for a different way to make a payment to my car dealership only to be mishandled and disrespected. Not only did she over talk me she did not listen. My issue was simply I lost my debit card I did not have any cash in my bank close at 1 and this call took place after 1. I called to ask if they could simply take an ACH transaction instead of a debit or credit. I was told no which was fine....... but after I have given you the information and which I have provided above she tells me I can get a cashier's check or money order when I repeat myself and let her know of my situation once again, she tells me not to over talk her and that I was yelling and which I wasn't after a quick exchange of me telling her no I was not yelling at her and my next question was could I simply make my payment on Monday? she tells me and a rushed aggravated aggressive nasty way to "make your car note payment Monday then" and she disconnected the call. I called back for her name and she breathe deeply into the phone she gives me her name and the spelling loud and slowly as if I have a problem with retaining information or knowledge, for lack of better terms as if I was stupid. I'm very disappointed with the customer service that she provided. I just wanted to get the word out THAT KRISTON DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS . THEY AGGRAVATE HER.SHE DOESN'T HAVE THE MENTAL CAPACITY TO LISTEN AND APPLY INFORMATION TO HELP A CUSTOMER. read more

This place is a waste of time and money. My sister's car broke down 2 days after purchase. The damn shifting was held together by a zip tie. They claimed they would fix it as soon as the holidays were over and have yet to hold that up. They also claimed they would not make her pay anything while the car was in the shop. Still not happening as now they say she has to make the full car payment and the rest of the down payment. They can not keep their word. The managers are rude and not helpful. They simply say what you want to hear and then thats it. They never follow through. This is the second time my sister has purchased a vehicle through then so you would think they would show some loyalty. Hell no. They dont care about anything but pushing these high millage over priced crappy cars out the door. Think twice before you waste your money there. They look pretty but are pretty ugly inside. read more

*please read all* (i'm very sorry, but not sorry about the long review) at first i gave this place 5 stars in my head. but after purchasing my car they do not care about accomidating your needs. even if you pay your notes with no problem. shandrone and anna. my sales rep and the loan shark on my account. do not give a fu*k about you let me just say. shandrone sold me a car where the dash was completly out (of course u cant see that in the day time when ur buying a car, you would only be able to see this at night) i brought my car back for them to fix it they keep my car for a week and a half. i have to keep calling them. when they do answer they tell me oh we dont cover that. your dashboard. shandrone then proceeds to tell me that if i would have caught it b4 i left they eouls have fixed it but then contradicts himself and says he would have gotten it fixed if they knew but they are only open during the day so there is no way they would have known about the dashboard. okay great now that we know this is not my fault and i have been extremely inconvenienced. fix my dashboard that is all im asking!!!!! i ask to speak with management no one wants to talk i ask to speak with someone above the people i have been forced to deal with and is simply not doing anything to fix my problem but no one wants to talk. you don't do business like this. i would never refer anyone to go here only because once you buy they don't care about anything that's wrong. that's not good business. i pray someone important see's this. i am pissed. and 300$ will not hurt yalls company. y'all! owings auto. simply dropped the ball on this, not me. ps. i can't see at night so i don't drive at night which is why i need this fixed it's a driving hazard. -bria jackson 2004 honda accord coupe. read more
