I don't deserve what I'm going through with my perfect credit score being over 740. This vehicle has a recall since 2019, but the dealership doesn't touch anything aftermarket, it has to be stock. When I first saw the vehicle, I checked the engine light since it was deleted. I barely saw enough since I didn't want to be caught. Now that I have the vehicle, there's more than what I expected. Again, bring an engine code reader, don't go by what they say. I'm spending over $1,200, and there's a lot more I'm having to pay to get my valve springs repaired which is around $800-$1,600 to fix. So yeah, I'm one "happy" customer alright. I already replaced the fuel filler neck and charcoal canister that was causing the fueling up the gas tank problem, and now the most expensive one yet is my valve springs that's causing a lot of things to go wrong with my ride. I got crapped on, big time time. I surely hope everyone double and triple CHECKS ANY vehicle before buying. Don't just go by what anyone says at all. That is all. Thank you.

In July, I scheduled an oil change and engine flush, which he claimed to have completed along with topping off fluids. At the end of August, my vehicle broke down -- the serpentine belt snapped, punctured the front axle, and broke the coolant hose. I paid him $900 to replace the alternator and belt. He then quoted me another $500 to repair the axle and coolant hose (about $200 in parts, with $300 in labor). However, he only replaced the alternator and belt before disappearing, saying he would not be able to return until he sorted out his new work schedule. After a brief apology by text, he stopped responding entirely. I had no choice but to take my vehicle to another mechanic, where I paid an additional $900. The second mechanic confirmed that the oil change and engine flush I had paid for in July were never done, which is why the car broke down originally. The serpentine belt installed was too tight as well. The new shop also properly repaired the axle and coolant hose. Overall, I was left out of pocket significantly more than necessary, with incomplete work, misrepresented services, and a lack of reliability.

I went in for an oil change on a 2024 / 33k miles. My car is practically still new. I initially received a video of my car suspended in the air, with a technician explaining that everything looks good. Shortly after, I received 4 "critical" recommendations directly to my phone, which included the fuel system, an alignment, brake and transmission fluid.. it gave me the option to add the services onto my appointment or to decline. I did not choose either option as I expected someone to speak with me first. Time passed and my service advisor messaged me asking if I had seen the recommendations... I let him know that I had seen them but I was concerned to see so many issues. At that point he took the time to find me and explain that the recommendations were not actually "critical" but they are simply "recommended" at 30k miles... In my opinion , this should have been communicated before even asking me if I wanted to add these services to my appointment....... It felt like I was being scammed the whole time. My service advisor also told me that my car was sent off for washing and vacuuming.... I am not sure if they vacuumed the OUTSIDE of the car? because the inside was definitely still dusty. (Which is the way I brought it but the point is why would you say my car is being vacuumed and then it was not...?) The service advisor also left a stench behind. I could smell him in my car even after I left When I went to check out, I advised my advisor that I had a coupon.. He then asked to see the coupon so he could take a picture of it with his phone. And he told me next time to present the coupon at the beginning of the service.... WTF does it matter which time I am showing you as long as it's presented BEFORE I PAY? I was informed of the coupon when I booked the appointment, which was available on their website. and THAT representative told me that I did not have to tell the advisor anything because there will be notes of everything discussed... Overall, I felt super violated, misled, and mentally exhausted by the time I left. Also, on the drive home I noticed my car to be a bit wobbly.. I am not pointing any fingers, but the vibe I was given yesterday made me feel like these ppl will tamper with your car! I will be taking my business elsewhere
