Scott offers many ways of personalizing items as well as many items that can be personalized. He was very rude to my questions, when all I wanted was to understand the process, and make minor suggestions to give him a better idea of what I wanted. But no, he said he "knows what [he's] doing" Even though he clearly didn't. My design ended up poorly done, it was not finished, and got all up on my face and raised his voice when I asked him to finish it after telling me that was all he could do. What I wanted wasn't complex or anything out the ordinary, Scott was just rude and very disrespectful. Would never go to him again, and highly suggest anyone else wouldn't either.

The gentleman who came seemed great, but he didn't send me a quote. One week later, I hadn't heard anything from them. After calling to ask if I could get my quote, the Owner (I believe) told me that they may "take a pass," on our projects. When I asked why, she said they "do this all of the time." She sent a follow-up email blaming it on their schedule and workload, but I had not even given them a delivery schedule. It was a super disappopinting experience. My advice - if you plan on getting a quote from them for a commercial project, get quotes from competitors as well. Be aware that this company evidently chooses to "take a pass" on projects often.
