I had to reject one agent who wasn't interested in my approach. Enter Javier and Ana! I was so lucky to find them here on Yelp. They let me drive the search and only contacted me when a listing came up that matched my criteria. Often, they contacted me about one I was already interested in, having seen it appear that day on Zillow. This shows that they really listened to me. They never tried to show me houses that didn't fit, just to rush the process. The property is gorgeous and well taken care of, maintenance is great, we're very secure here, and have a lot of privacy. In the seven or more years that we've been here the refrigerator went on the fritz once and we had a new identical gorgeous stainless steal model delivered by Luis' team within an hour or two. Once the water pressure acted funny and was repaired within hours. Once the earthquake valve to our gas stove was set off cutting off our gas stove and was repaired immediately. We also love the repair and landscaping team. They're friendly, professional, fast, clean cut, and extremely good at what they do. They look out for us. They maintain the property. You can't really buy that kind of awesomeness, but somehow that's what we get and I think it's Luis that makes the stars align. Lastly, the landscaping people are great and we have a lot of older gorgeous trees on the property. I think they're tree whisperers. I've even caught people working for Luis sweeping our driveways.
