I would give 0 stars if I could…read more I came into Vinci Nail Spa with almond-shaped nails, but my nail tech started filing them into a stiletto shape. She asked if I liked them, and I politely told her no because that wasn't the shape I wanted. Instead of correcting the mistake professionally, she became visibly upset and started speaking in another language. Since she was the one who changed my nail shape without asking, I told her to please speak English so we could communicate about fixing the issue. She then attempted to reshape my nails back into almond, but they looked terrible. I asked why she was trying to reshape them after I had already said to leave them in the stiletto shape since the original almond shape had already been filed away. Rather than trying to resolve the situation, she got up, said, "Well, I'm done doing your nails," and walked away. The attitude, lack of professionalism, and poor customer service I experienced were completely unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them is what matters. Instead of making it right, I was left with damaged nails and an unfinished service. I will never return to this establishment and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for professional, respectful service.

I would've left this at a 2, but it was my friends birthday and the tech working on her sloshed water and the jelly bath substance all into her leather/suede Birkenstocks, completely destroying a nearly $200 pair of shoes. We understand that accidents happen, but there was no sincerity or offer to reduce price or make it better. Wasn't looking for a handout, but we tried working with tech and manager and they just stared at us as we left with this poor memory. Will not be returning.

Janette greeted me as soon as I walked in and attended to my request. She is awesome!! I almost went to sleep in the plush massage chair while she massaged my legs. They have several services - manicures, pedicures, waxing, and lashes. They must also serve espresso because they have that set up behind the nail bar. (A small bottle of water would have been nice.) I don't know I they have type of points system for discounts with repeat visits. They don't have an over abundance of colors to choose from; only 2 pages of examples in 2 different books. I guess that can be good or bad, depending on your preferences. You can also always bring your own. I will definitely go back for another pedicure, purely for the relaxation of the experience.
