I scheduled a three-person moving team for my move. The movers were very young, and while they were…read morepolite and hardworking, it appeared to me that they lacked experience with a move of my size. During the move, a woman from the office called to ask how things were going. I shared my concerns about their apparent lack of experience and how long I thought it might take to move my three-bedroom home. Her response surprised me. She said, "Well, we can cancel your move if you'd like." I replied that I did not want to cancel and that I would simply have to stop the move once I reached my budget. Shortly after our conversation, she sent me an email stating that if the movers were not treated well, they could cancel the move. This completely caught me off guard because nothing in our conversation suggested that the movers were being mistreated. I responded asking where that was coming from, and she replied, "If no language, then nothing to worry about. Wishing you a great day!" I later posted a review about my interaction with her. Shortly afterward, I received an email stating that my move had been canceled. The office instructed the movers to leave my belongings in the driveway. I was mortified. I called and pleaded with them to have the movers put my belongings back inside the house. I was told they would only do so if I deleted my review. To avoid being left with my belongings in the driveway, I reluctantly removed the review. We then paid the movers directly in cash for their time, as none of this was their fault. I waited over a month to post this review because it took an unusually long time to receive my deposit refund. I would be very cautious about booking this company. My experience with Paula was extremely disappointing. I don't know why she was so aggressive, but this is not the type of customer service or business practice I would ever want to deal with again.

Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart!!! I give R&D 2 stars. They were very nice gentlemen and did get service the same day. However, they move way too slow when loading the truck. Almost two hours and only half of a 26' truck was loaded- all items were in boxes and ready to go. All I wanted was for my big items to be moved. About 2hrs to load and 1 hour to unload paying $450. Price is outrageous for the service I received. I have to rent a U-Haul and finish up the remainder as I did not want to pay more than 3hrs. I have worked with other moving companies in the past who hustled to load and did a great job. This company too slow for the price you pay

While I've never heard of a "moving service" where a truck isn't automatically a part of the service included in the overall quote- doesn't necessarily mean that this policy is unheard of ‍. Most importantly tho- their rates are lower than other quotes I've received! So give them a call!

"Can you handle two couches?" and every single time Jarrell just said, "I got it." And let me tell you... when he says he's got it, he REALLY does. The moment that sealed it for me was when his team was hooking up our dryer. They noticed we had a 3‑prong plug but the house had a 4‑prong outlet. Before I could even stress, Jarrell just looked at it and said... you guessed it... "I got it." We ran out, grabbed the right plug, and he replaced it for us FREE OF CHARGE. Who does that anymore? His whole crew was fast, efficient, careful with our things, and the price was more than fair. On top of that, they're just genuinely good people. Super chill, easy to talk to, and you feel comfortable having them in your home. All around top‑notch service, top‑notch team, and a moving company I'd recommend to anyone without hesitation.

They were easy to coordinate with and offered a cash rate of $135 per hour with a 3 hr minimum for 2 movers. This rate also includes the truck, blankets / plastic wrapping to protect floors & furniture. Definitely best deal I could find! They don't have additional charges for gas, travel time, or protective wrapping like many of the other moving services I messaged with. On moving day they arrived slightly earlier than their estimated arrival and were very efficient, moving everything I had ready for them in just over 2 hours. They had no problem rearranging some of my furniture items which I was super grateful for. Also, I have an electric bed frame and they were able to disassemble and reassemble it with no issues. My only complaint is that they were very insistent on me leaving a review which I was planning to do and recognize that they are in need of more reviews!
