As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. UPDATED Review: The…read moreteam reached out to me previously and offered to fix the issues. In our conversation, Rubi assured me that they will fix whatever is wrong with the project. I was hesitant because she said that one day would be enough to do it. When Gilbert arrived, he was by himself (unlike previously when he had an assistant) and said he would take care of the issues. I asked him if he can sand and stain the areas instead of painting in one day and he said it would take more than a day to do that. Given other circumstances, I really needed to reclaim the room that was being worked on and more than a couple of days of renos is something I couldn't do anymore. So I reached a compromise of him smoothing out some of the surfaces and painting instead of staining. Not what I wanted 100% but it is growing on me. I want to highlight that Rubi and Gilbert are genuinely nice people that would be willing to work with you regarding your project. Generally speaking, closing the loop in communication probably would have prevented mishaps. I can't give the 5 stars just because it is not what I had envisioned, but had the circumstances had been different and I had the ability to give their team more time to do exactly what I wanted, I truly believe they would have delivered a 5-star service. The gentleman working at the front scale house was unprofessional and disrespectful. He began raising his voice, stating that he had been there since 5:00 a.m. and that he was closing early at 3:45 p.m. When my family stepped out of the vehicle to clarify the situation, he continued yelling, saying that their trash was "not his issue" and reiterating that he had been there all day. Additionally, he stopped a coworker as they were leaving, and together they began recording my family as if they had done something wrong. This interaction was inappropriate--especially in front of a child--and did not reflect the level of professionalism one would expect from a business providing a public service. We have previously appreciated the convenience of this location; however, due to this experience, we will unfortunately choose to take our business to the Glendale location moving forward.

The delivery driver, Jerry, was also fantastic--professional, friendly, and very thorough during pickup. He took great care loading the dumpster back onto his truck and even went the extra mile by sweeping up the debris that had collected underneath using a broom and dustpan.
