I had paid for a training package with one particular trainer who was recommended to me by a friend. He seemed like a cool guy, and he knew what he was doing for sure. By my second appointment I learned that one-on-one training wasn't true here: that walking off to go train someone across the room who isn't there for a training session seemed really odd. People/clients could easily see this as unprofessional & inconsiderate after paying for personal one on one training in full to only have 3/4 of their attention. That is absurd. Whether you're a newbie or a professional body builder- your paid training sessions is YOUR paid TIME. In all of my years of utilizing personal trainers I had never experienced such a thing at any other gym. I was confused, and asked about it. He told me that's how he rolls. He was not only late several times for my training sessions, but he didn't make up the time on the back end. The he stopped showing up. Seriously. He owed me two more sessions that were paid for in full. At $80 per session that's $160 that he stole essentially. Travis was his name. I don't know if he still trains there, but I had asked my friend what heck was going on with this trainer whom he highly recommended to me. My friend said that I apparently demasculated him by asking about the dual training with others that he just didn't want to train with me anymore. The guy's the size of a man truck but my inquiry over shared training time that was not a part of my package cut his ego so deeply that he resorted to such petty thievery by essentially stealing money by skipping services paid for. How gross. Incapable of a professional and mature discussion so instead he ghosted me and took my money. Fact. I would never recommend going here or training with someone so uncool, unprofessional, petty, and definitely immature. It was a shitty experience for someone who's friendly to a fault! I was nothing but kind to the guy, and was always friendly. It's what made his treatment of me so shocking. The experience was several years ago! Very attentive and modified workouts to suit your needs. BUT that's not why I'm here. I'm here because of the way a problem was handled by Regina the owner. The workout has a mandatory outfit change before wearing the EMS equipment; but no locker room or changing area to handle the influx of patrons. Upon first arrival, other patrons and I were instructed by Regina that if the bathroom was occupied we may use the far right back room if necessary to change. That room had a massage table and other equipment in it. Since, Regina, the "owner" of the business instructed me to do so; I didn't give it any second thought and did so. Regina exposed me to a very hostile individual, named Olga, by relaying that message. Today I walked in and I greeted everyone in sight as usual, Olga was amongst them today(keeping in mind this is someone I have never spoken to and don't know who they are). I saw the bathroom was occupied and so I collected the "workout clothing" and walked into the back room, to my regret. I noticed the door handle was loose and having trouble locking so I went into the corner of the door to change. Someone tried to barge in, and so I held the door with my body and said "oh I'm here changing please". It was Olga. Olga felt my resistance and assaulted me by pushing through the door with her full force, while yelling, "SO WHAT?! THIS IS MY OFFICE!!!THIS IS MY BUSINESS!!!". Olga barged in and pushed me violently with the door and walked in without remorse across the room to stare at me with my pants off and my full V out...just naked. Olga yelled at me that I should get out of the room while insisting it was her business. Needless to say that I was horrified but kept my composure as much as anyone could in that situation and asked her to leave as she could see that I was still naked. While the door was open she let herself back out and I made eye contact with another patron that had witnessed how the whole event ensued. Just incredibly violent and degrading. I asked for Olga's name and tried to inquire what the miscommunication possibly was about but she was consistent, only nasty, hasty and unreasonable response; non apologetic. Olga at this point continued about her business like nothing happened.. took her client into the room and utterly brushed me off. The other patron of Regina told me she was also told to dress in that room before, and was equally shocked at Olga's behavior. Regina's other patron continued to help communicate what had just occurred to my trainer Nastya and so word got back to Regina quickly. She was there within 10 minutes. Fruitless. She didn't have any explanation or compensation for what ensued. I feel personally violated and degraded after that nightmare. Regina tried to "console" me by saying that she would talk to Olga, I personally doubt that would've helped anything considering her unreasonable actions. I was so distraught that I shared how hard my current personal struggles are as a mom and that this was the last place of peace that I had... and wouldn't have expected such an experience from there. It was as if the whole event went over her head, and she continued by saying that I could bring my baby there to workout with me if that makes it easier. WHY? Why would I do that and expose my child to such a violent and hostile environment. (Regina has small children too, so she's not slow to my sentiment; just unkind or apathetic) She didn't offer any compensation but said 'I wish I could do something to help you'. Yes, give me money back, that would be a great start. DO BETTER!!!!!!!!

The classes feel overcrowded, to the point that you're uncomfortably close to other students - I shouldn't be able to smell someone else's body odor during a workout, right?! The instructors also seem more concerned with their own performance than providing a good experience for students. They bark orders without any regard for form or safety.
