Met Coach Will that bc of his professionalism and knowledge (and maybe his dimples) made me join the gym. All machines and barbells are updated, organized, and kept in top form at pretty much all times. This place is special. Back in July, while I was doing landmines with poor form. Daniel stepped in. He didn't sell me; he simply corrected me, encouraged me, and said, "try a free session with me' I did and I am thankful! Daniel is always on time and in great spirits. After years of waiting around for trainers who seemed allergic to punctuality, that alone earned him five stars in my book. Our sessions? I affectionately call them "complain or bust-my-butt" sessions. Daniel somehow manages to push me past my limits while letting me get a few good grumbles in. We get a lot done in a short time -- and now that I'm training with him three times a week, the results speak for themselves. I'm stronger, leaner, and fitter... and even other people have started noticing. If you want a trainer who's professional, efficient, and delivers results (without the sales pitch or the waiting game), Daniel's your guy. Say it with me: working out is a lifestyle and NOT a fad. Note that the program works when you do, just like anything else in this thing called life. One key to remember is that your diet is 85%. Again, diet is 85% of this and you will never outperform a bad one. Every personal trainer isn't for every single trainee and that is okay. If you want an Equinox experience, you must pay that cost! Chatter aside, you cannot discount the brilliant personal training and nutrition program that Skip has built which focuses on a few core things: water intake, macronutrients, plus an abbreviated training schedule. Just do it.

Go to any website and you get at least a FAQ overview. I provided 1 screenshot for context on the way he speaks to people, but there are many more examples. Also check out the not recommended reviews. There are Black health/fitness coaches out there that value and respect their potential clients. Skip is unfortunately not one of them. Do not recommend.

This makes it so easy to join and finish a workout. The workout average 40 minutes, 4 stations, with 3 sets. There's even a little warm up section, too. Monday and Thursday are lower body strength, Tuesday and Friday are upper body strength, Wednesday is conditioning, and Saturday/Sunday are hybrid/full body. Emilio is a great coach and is always there to correct your form.
