It was devastating to lose almost everything I owned in a burglary earlier this year at this…read morefacility. It has been even more difficult since, as the situation continues to escalate. We learned that the facility was unsecured at the time, with the front gate left open. The security camera on our building was also broken, so thieves had easy, unsecured access to our property. Management and the owner knew this and chose not to alert any customers! Since the burglary, employees have treated my husband and me like total garbage. We've lost everything we have cared about--haven't we been through enough? Apparently not! We have been lied to over and over and over again. We get ghosted for months at a time. Their protection plan/insurance refuses to pay because they say there is no evidence of a crime. We have to rebuild our lives from scratch, while they keep adding insult to injury. Then I come on Yelp and see that this is not an isolated incident! This exact scam has been going on for YEARS, and these clowns keep getting away with it! Please take these horror stories seriously and choose another property. Also, really read positive reviews thoroughly; it is very clear they are phony.
