I accidentally rented a unit rather than 'reserved' a space online for Storage King USA-Rodd Field…read morein Corpus Christi. This meant an immediate charge to my credit card and the incorrect date with the rental starting a full month early. I contacted the location and Kelsey was so kind, and understanding, and corrected the issue immediately. I was so relieved. I am trying to do so many things at once in preparing to move my college student home for the summer and Kelsey took a huge weight off of my shoulders by making this quick correction. Also, when reserving online, the system only allows a 2-week in advance reservation. Since mine is 1 month out, I was not allowed to reserve the space. Kelsey promptly took care of this as well. I selected this company and location due to the outstanding reviews that I read online. I'm taking care of all this from North Texas and Kelsey's help has been a lifesaver. Looking forward to renting through the summer until school is back in and looking forward to meeting the staff in person. Thank you!

WORST STORAGE PLACE IN CORPUS. The careless employees at the…read morefront desk don't protect anything in this place, was storing my 2 boats here and some time in the middle of the week a thief stole hundreds of dollars worth of items out my center console and the boat next time mine (another customers boat) was also gone through. The storage employees didn't even bother to look at the cameras (which didn't even face the right way) and just told us they aren't responsible for any damage or theft. Will definitely never recommend this place and I hope everyone that is storing items knows how vulnerable there security is. The thief's where never spotted on camera apparently and no one will be charged. I will just have to replace everything that was stolen including the boats registration and owners Manuel's. F*** this place...

We had an unexpected and urgent need for an immediate storage space arising from the unexpected failure of the seller to sign off for our new home. Anticipating a "normal" house closing and taking possession of our new home, we drove from San Antonio arrived in Corpus with both SUVs loaded with personal items. Working with our realtor Stephanie Hastings and with her advice we called The Storage Company@ Holly. We called and had told Samantha about our dilemma. Despite the panic in my voice, she remained cordial, expressed a true understanding of our dilemma and worked with me to find an appropriate size storage unit. In addition, she set up a short-term month to month rental, and called the Holly facility to coordinate with Amanda at the front desk our arrival and check in to the unit. Amanda arrived, took us to our unit, and with us never anticipating we would be renting a storage unit rental had locks available. When I returned the next day I met Lindsey and Lilly. Lindsey told me she had spoken with the team and was aware of our situation and was glad they could help. Lilly similarly expressed appreciation for our business. All be it a short rental I cannot emphasizes the person touch, the genuine interest in helping, and the follow thorough in providing a service (not to mention the clean and secure units) that is uncompromised in the storage business.

This is the worst place in Corpus Christi! The owner George…read moreSifuentes will do absolutely NOTHING as far as designing or even bother answering or replying to calls, texts or emails. We had to make the drive into corpus countless times from out of town just to be able to ask simple questions because he wouldn't pick up the phone!! At this point we had already left him a $1,000.00 deposit. We took design of the wrap we wanted and sat with him a total of 3 hrs (over a course of a month and a half) at most to make sure he centered the design where we wanted etc. because we soon realized he was lazy and was not doing anything to work on what we wanted. Towards the end we realize, he's gonna do a half ass job by overlaying tons of the wrap which according to every wrap company we have spoken with is the laziest and worst way to do what we wanted. I should also mention that he wanted ANOTHER $1,000 added to the end price to be able to do it RIGHT! U think a company would do it right to begin with!! Also realizing that he's more of a t-shirt and banner type of business not soo much skilled for wrapping vehicles in our opinion, We informed him we didn't want a shit job done on our truck and that we wouldn't be giving him our project or our business. He said he was keeping the deposit of $1,000 even tho nowhere on receipt etc. does it say that if anyone backs out because HE decides to do a lazy ass awful job, that he gets to keep the money. He did NOTHING for us but kept our money!! I will see you in Small Claims Court!! Pretty sad to see that u need the money THAT BAD that you would ruin the reputation of ur business. There's more to come. Hope ripping off a customer was worth it!!

Unprofessional thoughtless technicians. Both worked to NOT do their job. I strongly recommend that…read moreyou do not accept a 4pm appointment on a Friday. Stains (which are still present) were not treated except one in a doorway that the technician scuffed the stain repeatedly with his black soled boots that he wore in from the outside. No shoe covers were worn until the technician was placing the protective papers under the legs of the furniture. I had to request to have the papers placed. The second technician was sitting in the truck, not assisting, for the last 35 minutes of the visit. They were correct when they told me the carpet would dry in 24 hours. I do not recommend their services.
