The two guys that arrived were professional, kind, and explained everything to me. Had a little light that they shined on couch and ottoman. It showed everything! Apparently my dog had more than one accident. I was so embarrassed, but the techs reassured me that they could clean everything out. 1 hour later, they were complete. Brought light back out and showed me. Everything was gone! My couch looked brand new! It does take 4-8 hours to dry. Worth every penny. I will do this at least annually. The Tech's were knowledgable and courteous and even clean up after themselves. They redirected and adjusted airflow from a poorly installed unit. We now have a/c and heat evenly in every room. They do a great job. August 2016 Absolutely the best service, employees and honest repair work you'll find in any industry, hands down....
