This implies that they work to prioritize emergencies so that all customers can get service in a way that the techs are not stressed. Our tech was delayed for his morning appointment, and we were called immediately to reschedule, still on the same day. The tech was able to diagnose the problem within 15 minutes and show us the part needed to get it all working again. In addition, he recommended putting new tie-downs on the outside compressors to adhere to windstorm regulations. He had one set of tie-downs, but not both, so another appointment was arranged for the second set. I was unfamiliar with the pricing scheme that AAA used (parts are priced to include labor), and was unhappy with that, so AAA was able to explain in writing how they arrived at their numbers, and to give me a new invoice more in accordance with what this yankee girl is used to (the prices are reasonable considering the expertise of the techs). All in all, I would recommend AAA not only for emergencies, but for preventative work. I intend to get a quote from them when we need to replace our aging units.

It seems to me that they could not give me a good explanation. I reheard and found out that the job ranged from $375 to $700. and some as little as $150. If your have repair work only, I would inquire what the cost per hour for labor. for that job and how long it would take. I wonder how many other customers that they did the same thing of over charging. There is only one reason they have no hourly rate, so they can charge any amount.

It sucked big time - I have had lousy experiences with several local ac places here so decided to try these guys out. I was more than impressed with the service! It was late when I called, around 7pm on a Friday. The girl who answered was so sweet and checked her computer to see if there was a tech in my immediate area or if she needed to call one from another area. There was a tech immediately available and within a half hour he was here. Such a nice young man, he diagnosed the problem, showed it to us and then gave us a range of options as far as what he could do to fix it. He gave us a price for each option, once we decided he keyed it right in and never tried to up sell us on anything. (You want to lose my business then make an up sell attempt on me) The job took him about 2 hours to complete and he gave us periodic updates on it. My only let down was that he wouldn't let me make him a plate for dinner! Come on, the guy missed dinner and anything of interest he had for a Friday night for some sweaty lady!

The Tech's were knowledgable and courteous and even clean up after themselves. They redirected and adjusted airflow from a poorly installed unit. We now have a/c and heat evenly in every room. They do a great job. August 2016 Absolutely the best service, employees and honest repair work you'll find in any industry, hands down.... Leave it to say, that this company is now my 'go to' for A/C issues. They were responsive, and had a technician over to my place as quickly as they could. There were two other more likely choices I could have made.....both expensive and both recommended by the folks in my building. So glad I chose Henderson A/C. Prompt, and about half the cost of what I was expecting to pay. AND, honest. My problems ended up being minor, and in fact, when I explained what my buddy had done when replacing the thermostat, I practically got a diagnosis over the phone. The ducts were installed in the 1950's for only heat. At some point cool air from air conditioner was added. The technician suggested replacing the old tin ducts with a newer material. The suggestion saved money. The day was agreed to start. The Henderson crew arrived early and worked into the early evening. They were able to complete all they could do that day. The vents were changing from circular vents to reticular. To complete the job the sheet rock person had to remove sheet rock. A few days later when the sheet rock was removed Henderson returned to complete anchoring the reticular vents. All Was Professionally: 1. The Technician 2. The Bid Was Explained 3. Stains (which are still present) were not treated except one in a doorway that the technician scuffed the stain repeatedly with his black soled boots that he wore in from the outside. No shoe covers were worn until the technician was placing the protective papers under the legs of the furniture. I had to request to have the papers placed. The second technician was sitting in the truck, not assisting, for the last 35 minutes of the visit. They were correct when they told me the carpet would dry in 24 hours. I do not recommend their services.
