I am extremely pleased with Ace Air Conditioning in Corpus Christi! Juan was the technician who…read morecame out to my home to replace the ducting in my attic, and I couldn't be more impressed with his honesty and professionalism. Once Juan got into the job, he realized that the work wasn't going to be nearly as extensive as originally thought. Rather than simply proceeding with the original estimate, Juan took the initiative to talk with his boss and let him know that the job was going to be less extensive. Because of that, they reduced the price by almost half! That kind of honesty and integrity is hard to find these days. Many companies could have easily gone ahead with the original estimate and charged for work that wasn't necessary, but Juan and Ace Air Conditioning did the right thing. I'm an aircraft mechanic, so while I know my way around mechanical systems, I'm not very knowledgeable about HVAC. That's why I really appreciate having someone I can trust to give me an honest assessment and do the job right. Juan worked hard, did an excellent job, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. I truly appreciate his honesty, hard work, and dedication to making sure the customer is satisfied. I highly recommend Ace Air Conditioning and especially Juan. They are an honest, reputable, hardworking company that puts the customer first. You can't ask for much more than that!

After completion, Rick emailed our warranty information, product registration, membership information and receipts super fast. Chris's wife Julie was with him for the install and could not have been more kind and professional. Bayside installed an excellent Trane system and new Hurricane Pad that is made so well! The new unit, pad and accompanying lines, boxes, etc. are such a better quality and better installation quality than what was put in by another company when our house was built less than 9 years ago. And our electric bill is less this month too, after just two weeks with the new unit! The new unit is also sooooo quiet. My husband and I believe we just now have the best unit for our home, thanks to Chris, Rick and Bayside Cooling. Bayside will be our AC/Heating company from now on.
