In today's world the younger work force seems only to want to do as little as possible. Today July…read more6 2022 I had two young service Men come into my house and fix problems with my AC/H unit that the installer grown Adults had half assed. These two young men had gone above and beyond to fix the problems that I knew were there. Each task they walked me through what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed. I can now look forward to a better cooling and heating system and a greatly reduced electric Bill. Not only a lower utility bill but the labor n parts charges were so low I thought they had made a major mistake. It is great to know with the inflation we are facing that there is a company around that is not into ripping their customers off. Roy R.

5 stars for coming so quickly and fixing my A/C in less than 30 minutes. 1 star for the cost! They…read moresaid I would have a $140 service call, which I expected (not that high, but expected) however, Brinson then told me the part was still under warranty (hooray) but the labor fee for 5 minutes of work would be $225! Are you kidding me! That equates to $2,700 an hour for labor! Even with a senior discount that 30 minutes cost me a total of $367! I do not understand why the charge for labor is that high, especially since they are already charging $140 for a service fee. Plus as nice as Brinson was, I was disappointed that he left his half-empty drink outside on my trash container that I had to bring in the house, empty out and throw away. Just sayin'. I wish I could find a job that paid $2,700 an hour!

I had a new AC/ furnace installed October of 2022 and once installed many pieces on a brand new unit were being replaced because the furnace would not stay on. These were uneducated kids sent to work without supervision for install, and the only issue was they never replaced the roof jack! But everything else was being replaced!! My personal belongings were broken and damaged as well. Ever since this install this machine has had nothing but issues. I've had a great company continually come out to keep working on this unit ever since 2022. Be ware of this company and it's work!

We couldn't have made a better decision. They are honest, they show up when they say they will, they don't try to upsell you anything. They just do great work at a reasonable price. That same "other company" also tried to take advantage of my mother and so we called Express Air for a second opinion. It turns out the other company switched some wires around during a maintenance call and then tried to charge my mother thousands of dollars for a new unit when all she needed was to have two wires switched back the correct way. If you want honest, dependable service at a reasonable price, I highly recommend Express Air for all of your AC/heating needs.

We signed up for the *Annual Inspection Special* listed for $90. The tech arrived and completed…read morethe inspection and replaced two minor items; contactor and a capacitor for $65.00 each. When I contacted two other companies they said that the two items replaced should take no more than 15 mins. Fast forward and we get this bill for $386.93 which included an additional 1 hour labor charge of $198???? The tech was here for an hour working (we have cameras that can confirm) then we saw him sitting in our garage on his cell phone, supposedly writing up a report. We feel this is overcharge of $198.00 and should be refunded otherwise their $90 *Special* is false advertising! Red's used to be a great AC company when the original owner was running the company and he was an honest and reputable person. The quality of his workmanship was what made him the 'go to company' for AC maintenance. He had a great reputation and everyone trusted his workmanship. However, when he retired and passed on the business it has changed and it's no longer about integrity and good customer service! I will no longer use them for any AC maintenance and would not recommend them!
