I reached out to BOTH The storage place and cube smart's instagram a day ago and the storage place has NOT responded regarding the issue but cube smart has ..... Regarding my missing belongings my husband went and spoke with cube smart front desk and they said if it happened a month back they don't have any footage because it was The storage place footage a month prior . What an amazing team and facility. I have nothing short of an absolute stellar review for the…read moreStorage Company @ Holly. We had an unexpected and urgent need for an immediate storage space arising from the unexpected failure of the seller to sign off for our new home. Anticipating a "normal" house closing and taking possession of our new home, we drove from San Antonio arrived in Corpus with both SUVs loaded with personal items. Working with our realtor Stephanie Hastings and with her advice we called The Storage Company@ Holly. We called and had told Samantha about our dilemma. Despite the panic in my voice, she remained cordial, expressed a true understanding of our dilemma and worked with me to find an appropriate size storage unit. In addition, she set up a short-term month to month rental, and called the Holly facility to coordinate with Amanda at the front desk our arrival and check in to the unit. Amanda arrived, took us to our unit, and with us never anticipating we would be renting a storage unit rental had locks available. When I returned the next day I met Lindsey and Lilly. Lindsey told me she had spoken with the team and was aware of our situation and was glad they could help. Lilly similarly expressed appreciation for our business. All be it a short rental I cannot emphasizes the person touch, the genuine interest in helping, and the follow thorough in providing a service (not to mention the clean and secure units) that is uncompromised in the storage business.

Non climate controlled storage is the same as storing items in a garage. It is important to cover…read moreitems and/or put smaller items in plastic bins. Corpus Christi is a humid city and we do have to accommodate for this environment. While we do not offer climate control in our units, we can offer large units at very affordable prices.

We went to the office to inform them and they simply said, "This is Corpus Christi. There's mold"...so we decided to try to combat the mold. We put charcoal throughout the unit, and also set off mold bombs...came back after 2 weeks and checked and mold was still all over everything. We moved our stuff into a climate control storage facility instead. We wish we would have done that in the first place. When we were giving our key fob back, the woman in the office told us that mold grows in storage units (like it wasn't a big deal). Soooo again - I would steer away from AAA storage. We watched many folks driving their boats into the units and storing them and our guess is that the wet boats are causing mold in all of the units.

This is the worst place in Corpus Christi! The owner George…read moreSifuentes will do absolutely NOTHING as far as designing or even bother answering or replying to calls, texts or emails. We had to make the drive into corpus countless times from out of town just to be able to ask simple questions because he wouldn't pick up the phone!! At this point we had already left him a $1,000.00 deposit. We took design of the wrap we wanted and sat with him a total of 3 hrs (over a course of a month and a half) at most to make sure he centered the design where we wanted etc. because we soon realized he was lazy and was not doing anything to work on what we wanted. Towards the end we realize, he's gonna do a half ass job by overlaying tons of the wrap which according to every wrap company we have spoken with is the laziest and worst way to do what we wanted. I should also mention that he wanted ANOTHER $1,000 added to the end price to be able to do it RIGHT! U think a company would do it right to begin with!! Also realizing that he's more of a t-shirt and banner type of business not soo much skilled for wrapping vehicles in our opinion, We informed him we didn't want a shit job done on our truck and that we wouldn't be giving him our project or our business. He said he was keeping the deposit of $1,000 even tho nowhere on receipt etc. does it say that if anyone backs out because HE decides to do a lazy ass awful job, that he gets to keep the money. He did NOTHING for us but kept our money!! I will see you in Small Claims Court!! Pretty sad to see that u need the money THAT BAD that you would ruin the reputation of ur business. There's more to come. Hope ripping off a customer was worth it!!
