Mission Fitness possesses state of the art equipment, including water rower! It takes that and meshes it with two world class fitness professionals as instructors! Jessica and Allison are the owners of this facility and they are extremely excited to welcome you to the Mission Fitness family. They mean family as well, on a recent visit a young lady brought her new born baby by and the instructors and staff were so excited to see both baby and mother. They seem to know their client's names and without a doubt care about the wellbeing of their clients. Another aspect of this gym that I love, Jessica and Allison have a very defined "mission". To make the health of their community better through calorie shredding workouts which keep the body burning calories and using different muscle groups. Their mission also has a side that allows them to give back! They are passionate about living up to their mission statement, they are a locally owned studio of countless methods, they posses killer instructors have epic playlists and most important, they are champions of community. The last part of the point is important, basically it means, each quarter Mission Fitness chooses a local nonprofit to illuminate. I was fortunate to see Barbara Bruni, a Master Level Therapist. Certainly the BEST MASSAGE THERAPIST I have ever had! She was able to release the tight adhesions that compress and contort my surrounding muscles. She was also able to relieve many painful tender muscle knots, aka trigger points. She did so much work on me in 60 minutes, that this is the best Myofascial Release (MFR) massage ever! She is highly skilled and her massage techniques provided me great relief from the agonizing pain I suffer. Barbara is highly knowledgeable, she listens to your complaints and understands your body! She is so intuitive that her magic hands instinctively know where your body is having pain! She is certainly "Master Level." She listens to your body and understands body mechanics. After the little store area is the 2 workout rooms, the first area had the pilates machines. 2nd room for other classes like aerial and trx. My intro class was with Jill, I signed up the same day. I loved it that much. I have gone seven different times since then and used Sarah, Wendy and Dawn. And every single one of them was more than competent and skillful and knowledgeable at what they do. I am the type to ask questions if I don't understand, especially about form and nobody seems aggravated or "too good" to help me with my questions. It honestly feels like a family , which I love. There are two different membership options to choose from , 1 is eight classes a month and the other is unlimited. I chose the latter option. I love that you can book ahead and see all of the classes on an app. The machines are always clean and ready for the next group . The equipment is all new and not heavily used, which I love. Bathrooms are always clean, fully stopped with any of the extra feminine necessities you might need while stretching your body in abnormal ways I would love for you to join me for a class!
