Mission Fitness is small boutique style gym located in the Marine Street Lofts building at the…read morecorner of Marine and Government streets. It has ample parking in the apartment building lot, and its always got a spot. Down to brass tacks, this gym is not your typical apartment complex gym. Mission Fitness possesses state of the art equipment, including water rower! It takes that and meshes it with two world class fitness professionals as instructors! Jessica and Allison are the owners of this facility and they are extremely excited to welcome you to the Mission Fitness family. They mean family as well, on a recent visit a young lady brought her new born baby by and the instructors and staff were so excited to see both baby and mother. They seem to know their client's names and without a doubt care about the wellbeing of their clients. Another aspect of this gym that I love, Jessica and Allison have a very defined "mission". To make the health of their community better through calorie shredding workouts which keep the body burning calories and using different muscle groups. Their mission also has a side that allows them to give back! They are passionate about living up to their mission statement, they are a locally owned studio of countless methods, they posses killer instructors have epic playlists and most important, they are champions of community. The last part of the point is important, basically it means, each quarter Mission Fitness chooses a local nonprofit to illuminate. Through pop-up events, Jessica and Allison bring much-needed awareness and resources to these worthy organizations. I must say all in all, this business behaves in a way that is becoming more and more mainstream in Mobile. Giving back based on success and by highlighting different causes throughout the community. I really wish this business well and I cannot wait to get back over there for another workout.

He proceeded to stay up and buzz me in, and was just hands down incredibly kind. Aside from the him, the gym equipment is brand new. There isn't a scratch on anything and the gym is in pristine condition. Not only is lighting is incredible, but she had all the machines you need, and all of them are top of the line. Will absolutely come back anytime I'm in town and would recommend this gym to absolutely anybody looking at getting started or a veteran steel thrower who wants a peaceful, no B.S gym where you can redline your body. Last note: Even after staying up for a few extra hours, owner only charged me $5 for a pass. There's zero excuse in my opinion to not try this gym out. If you hate, find me somewhere and I'll buy you a beer. God Bless

I had a preconceived workout in mind but he offered me a few other options that actually would help me. He is knowledgeable and encouraging and agreed to my plan. He told me he was always available if If I had any questions or concerns. It is obvious he loves being there! he is big and is in good shape so I can see at first look he may be intimidating, but he is like a big TEDDY bear!
