But then the owner called me back and invited me to the next class at a different location. Different stations around the room with instructions using bands weights and yoga/Pilates type movements, some cardio. Five minute intervals then one minute break. I got a good work out. Energy was pretty good, could've been more technical destruction by the staff and a little more individualized attention since there are only four of us working out. Id go again.

I had been to other gyms and had tried to lose weight for years. I tried EVERYTHING!! Nothing kept my attention and NOTHING worked. Within 6 months I lost 30 lbs and I have kept it off. But, it's not the weight loss that keeps me there. It's the experience and environment. When I walk into this gym, my coaches are ready for me. I'm not an easy candidate because I have injuries and I have to modify almost every exercise. But, they are ready and willing to help me everyday. You WILL NOT find this at any gym. I have also gained a lot of new healthy friendships since I have been here. To me, it's important to be healthy but to also have healthy friends that surround you and encourage you.
