The only reason I cancelled is because you have to pay every time to have a yoga mat of theirs to do any workouts without machines. So annoying. You can't bring your own mat either. There is no "beginner", "intermediate", or "hard" levels. It's the same thing every time. It's always very empty and scary at night with all the TV's going at once. I tried to do other things that didn't require a yoga mat but the seats for all of the machines are so uncomfortable I couldn't even stand a 15 minute session. If this gym is for you, it's great. The idea of working out in a sauna is awesome. But, I guess it was timing. They just opened, had no water available, still working on some things & ultimately it just isn't for me.

The first thing I noticed is how clean and organized the gym was. Next I felt welcomed and the members were very encouraging. Joe the owner is knowledgeable and attentive. The classes are fun, and with a bad shoulder I didn't feel pressured to do anything I wasn't able to do. My intro class was with Jill, I signed up the same day. I loved it that much. I have gone seven different times since then and used Sarah, Wendy and Dawn. I am the type to ask questions if I don't understand, especially about form and nobody seems aggravated or "too good" to help me with my questions. It honestly feels like a family , which I love. There are two different membership options to choose from , 1 is eight classes a month and the other is unlimited. I chose the latter option. I love that you can book ahead and see all of the classes on an app. The machines are always clean and ready for the next group . The equipment is all new and not heavily used, which I love. Bathrooms are always clean, fully stopped with any of the extra feminine necessities you might need while stretching your body in abnormal ways I would love for you to join me for a class!
