I have worked out in Jim's my entire life, and when One is working out doing sets, it is extraordinarily rude to go up to them from behind and insert themselves into your workout! 5/5 Stars (If I could give 10, I would!)…read more After three months of debilitating vertigo and dizziness, I am finally back to myself, thanks to Dr. Watkins at Legendary Performance. Before finding this practice, I endured four emergency room visits and multiple appointments with my primary care physician, who repeatedly, and incorrectly diagnosed me with hypertension and prescribed medication I didn't need. My blood pressure remained normal at home, and I knew deep down that the root cause of my vertigo was being missed. Desperate for answers, I found an ENT on my own, who recommended vestibular rehabilitation with Dr. Watkins. I'll be honest: the first visit was difficult, and we had to stop early. However, I noticed immediately afterward that my dizziness improved when turning my head on the pillow-a small but significant victory. I was hesitant to return, but encouraged by my husband and my own intuition, I went back for a second session. After just 15 minutes of specialized vestibular physical therapy, my vertigo and dizziness completely disappeared. It felt like I was a new person. No one else was able to provide the correct diagnosis or relief until I walked into Legendary Performance. Dr. Watkins is incredibly caring, professional, and--most importantly--highly knowledgeable. His diagnostic skills gave me my life back. If I ever experience these symptoms again, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to return. Thank you, Dr. Watkins!

On August 25, 2025, I signed a 1-month membership contract with Pensacola Athletic Center (HS #14997) and paid $107.49 by credit card. The signed contract includes the cancellation rights under Florida Statute § 501.017 (the Health Studio Act). On August 27, 2025, within the 3 business day cancellation period, I delivered a written cancellation notice (which I sent via email and certified mail). Despite this, the gym failed to acknowledge or act on my cancellation. They did not confirm cancellation, did not refund or void charges, and subsequently adjusted my account to show a "past due" balance of $157--an amount higher than the original contract price. This is now somehow a past due balance of $166.50 and the only communication I get is that they are going to send this to collections. The gym has never provided a legitimate explanation, has not responded to my certified correspondence, and continues to assert I owe fees. This conduct violates Florida's Health Studio Act, including the statutory requirement to refund amounts when cancellation is timely. I have since requested that FDACS investigate this matter, require the gym to confirm cancellation in writing, correct its records, and refund any improper charges. Avoid at all costs, there is also no way to delete your information from the app (and the app is absolutely worthless).
