Cost me $400 in materials and my own labor to fix the damage. Called Stephanie at Kuzan's to have someone come out to repair the damage Dennis did to my lawn. She told me she would check with him and call back. 6 weeks later no response so contacted the Better Business Bureau. Kuzan's responded that he didn't know he damaged our flower bed even though I showed him it and have pictures of all the damage he did to our property. RUN!!!! RUN as fast as you can away from this sham company. They are ignorant too. Very arrogant when I ordered it and while I was in the middle of paying for the shed, which was over 2k, they took care of another customer who interrupted. I would build a shed with twigs before buying one from them. And the floor is already chipping and door doesn't close right.

The ordering process was very easy and smooth things didn't turn until i got the email they were here and ready to pick up. When i got there i noticed i did not get what i ordered and when i tried to tell them they said nope that's them. upon bringing them home i noticed they were not day old chicks some were at least a week or 2 old and they were not what i ordered in fact 3 of the 5 were roosters. 1 of the chicks had some sort of swollen eye and another pasty butt. this is the 2nd time i have written this review and they take it down because they don't want anyone to know. please do your research and make sure you can place roosters because most people do not want them and lots of areas you cannot have them.

Before we ordered our chicks we attended a free seminar at the store and learned a ton about how to raise chickens/ducks. We left the store that night armed with the knowledge and confidence to raise the chicks without issues. We also met several locals from our immediate community who have many years of experience and were able to exchange phone numbers in case of a fowl experience (haha-fowl). We even won a large bag of chicken/duck feed from Purina. We happen to have a Tractor Supply Company in our area-it's actually a little closer to us than Reifsnyders- but we infinitely prefer going to Reifsnyders because of the personalized experience and the lower prices (we've compared prices on multiple products), so it is worth it to us to drive the few extra miles.
