After my most recent trip I finally needed to pay attention to my vehicle. I was long overdue for an oil change and not being from the area I pulled into here because I knew I could get my oil changed here. I know it's not the best place to get an oil change, but it was what was available at the time. When I pulled into the tire and lube area I was expecting to have to wait for a hot minute because that is just how it is when you come to a Walmart for an oil change. However, I was surprised. I had parked and was about to get out of my vehicle and I was lucky enough to have an associate right there. Before I could take one step towards the building I was asked what I was there for, told him an oil change, and he directed me to pull my car up to the bay and he'd get my information. Gave him all my information, he gave me the barcode and I was on my way to purchase a few items I needed. I did my shopping and what I could to keep myself busy for the duration of my stay here. In the end I wound up back at the tire and lube section. I had minimal wait as they were finishing up my vehicle. What irked me a bit and didn't live up to standards was when my vehicle was finished I went to the counter to pay and was overlooked. Even though I was standing at the counter two other customers that arrived after me were taken care of. Only after they were taken care of was I noticed. Standing there the whole time with the barcode in my hand. Other than that hiccup, I was happy with the speed that they finished and allowed for me to continue on my way home. read more

I usually have my items delivered from this store. Tonight was unusual. I put my porch light for the Spark driver. I got a text that my order was on the way. I got another text, your driver can not make your delivery. Would you like to reschedule? Yes, 10 - 11 am tomorrow. Turned off porch light and started to undress for bed. Phone rings, it's Walmart asking me if I am canceling my order. No, you canceled delivery. There must be a glitch in the system, and the driver is on his way. Put the porch light back on and put the rest of my clothes back on. Phone rings, your groceries will not be delivered tonight. Yes, between 10 - 11 tomorrow, but I don't want what was already shopped at this point. Turned off porch light again. The Spark drivers need a raise because one of your systems failed. Zero tips now because someone else messed up. Pay them their worth. read more

5 Stars? I know, give me a second. Stopping in at random Walmart stores across the country, I can truly appreciate how genuinely nice this location is. The store was built a few years ago and updated recently. The new brown colors looks better with the surrounding area. Parking is ample. The store is well stocked and the employees are always friendly. It's the best place to go to buy random things at 2am when all other stores are closed. My main reason for liking this store so much is the toy selection; it's amazing how much stock they get compared to city stores that can't restock quickly enough. Lately, I have been in there some of the employees are rude. I just was there yesterday and her tone of voice towards me was very nasty. I just told her about something that spilled. Another time it was the same thing. It's interesting years ago stores would get shopped about how well associates knew the items and where to find them and how well they treated you in the store. I wonder how associates would treat you if some of there salary depended on this. read more

There isn't a whole lot to say about a Walmart, since I'm sure that pretty much everyone has walked into one at some point and this one isn't really all that different, except it sports a Dunkin Donuts as opposed to the typical McDonalds. The parking lot is generally well maintained, with very few wild carts roaming the open range and taking up parking spaces or butting into cars during an infrequent wind storm. There's usually no trash or anything unappealing in the lot, save for some nasty customers that need to be standoffish for no real reason, and it's rare if you need to park more than 15 spots away from the store. The employees here, especially the night ones, are really cool and will help you out quickly and effectively and if you ask, they can probably get you stuff that's out of stock since they're usually stocking stuff anyways. read more

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I returned something for $52.48 on 2/14/2020 & I have yet to receive the refund back to my account. I have called Customer Service 3 times & they have now emailed me with all the information saying that it should be back on my card & that I need to contact the store. When I did that, the store is saying that they have no record of the transaction ID, order #, & can't pull it up by my email address SO now I have to go INTO the store to TRY to get my refund straightened out. Shop at Amazon! Their prices are comparable & if there is a problem with your order, they fix it right away AND compensate you for your time. This is shameful!!! read more

Why are so many items unpriced on the shelves and what did they do with the in store scanners ? This is very frustrating.

Of course we know that Walmart has everything all in one place which is why I prefer going there. The Walmart in Palmyra, PA is my favorite because it is clean, their shelves are stocked and the majority of the staff is really friendly. The parking lot is huge and there is a Dunkin' Donuts and an eye doctor's office right in the store. By the way both the DD and the eye doctor's office are great too. Recently I ordered my son's birthday cake from the Walmart bakery and I already had the design that would go on top. It was a Caillou edible picture. The baker did such a wonderful job on the designs around the picture that I was blown away. I really liked the quality of the work and the cake tasted delicious. Bravo to Walmart for hiring such a talented baking staff. read more

At one time, this was my favorite Walmart to go to. Now I think it is one of the most pathetic. There is more product sitting in the aisles then there is on the shelves. Once the product finally hits the shelves, the selection is poor. If you want movies, music, and games, don't go there. FYE or Gamestop beats this place hands down. Crafts? Go to Hobby Lobby or Michael's. Groceries? Definitely Giant. Now that Walmart has run just about everyone out of business, the prices increased and the selection sucks. The finest Walmart I've ever been to. I typically don't shop at Walmart because they suck. This one however is unlike most Walmart stores. It is clean, well stocked and you can get in and out within minutes!! The cashiers are friendly and staff is helpful. You've never been to a Walmart like this because they basically don't exist. I will drive out of my way, passing other Walmart stores to shop at this location. LOVE IT HERE! Bathrooms are clean. I realize they are short staff but they manage very well to keep up with the revenue and excellent service. Once you roll by the electronics section you'll notice the televisions are well secured to preven shoplifting which I believe has been an issue in the past for this location due to poor security. read more

I had the worst experience with the new pick-up area at the Palmyra store. I checked in as directed, waiting for 15 minutes as I was told someone was bringing up the item I ordered. After 15 minutes of waiting, I called customer service and was transferred back to lay-away and no one answered for 5 minutes. I was told by a manager that I just needed to drag myself and my two young children back to lay-away and indeed someone would back their with my item in hand. I walked back to lay-away and waited for 10 minutes to see an employee and finally when I found someone they were not able to locate my item. After this 30 minutes of frustration, I went and found the item on the shelf and got it myself. When I got home I got an email that said 'How'd it go? Tell us!'. I tried to reply to the email to give feedback but it went to a donotreply email address. I then called a manager at the store and he said that they are working out kinks and this is to be expected with the holiday season. read more

On Thanksgiving night we bought an ipad using the one hour guarantee. Unfortunately the cashier messed up and did not add the sales tax to the card. When we went to register the card had insufficient funds. Wallmart was very helpful and took care of the issue right away. In a hassle filled time of year, Wallmart made right by an error. I went to the Dunkin donuts in his Walmart first time ever going to this restaurant and had a horrible experience I will never go again. First my boyfriend orders a French vanilla coffee and the woman behind the counter states that there is no French vanilla, she was Indian and did not speak good English which made this conversation quite difficult. So after figuring out what else we wanted I ordered my meal asking for a "number 13" she looked at me confused then had to look at the menu, coming back to tell me there was no turkey for my turkey sandwhich. I ordered a different meal which was cheaper than the first. She never once offered a discount or money back which she should have and after we sit down we notice there were no hash browns. My boyfriend went up to say something and she argued with him that he didn't say combo except on the menu it says it's a meal. She argued with him in front of other customers and we left.
