Dr. Fann's assistant took me to the exam room, completed my pre-exam. Excellent Assistant who raved about Dr. Fann. I found Dr. Fann to be extremely a) kind; b) thorough; c) professional and a pleasure to be around. She explained to me what she planned to do after asking some questions and we proceeded with the exam. I had quite a wax build up which she took care of and first explaining what tools she would use. After my treatment, she advised how to properly clean my ears to prevent build up in the future. My exam lasted about 30 minutes - I was in and out and very pleased. We need more Doctors of this caliber. Thank you to Dr. Fann and her team. Respectfully, Robin Evans
