I thought at the time it was no big deal, they just need to get used to a new route. Later, I started hearing reports that only half of our driveway is getting cleared and that snow is piling up on one side of the house from their blower. I contacted Spencer again, numerous times by voicemail and email, to report the issue but to no avail. He was unresponsive. By this time, all other companies were no longer taking new contracts. So I had no choice but to rely on Ateam's service or lack thereof. Now, here comes the worst part. We had guests with a newborn that arrived at night to a 4 feet of snow! I sent Spencer a desperate message trying to find out what happened and begging for help, this poor family had nowhere to go. You could probably imagine the anxiety over the course of that night and the frantic calls we made trying to find someone who can plow. Spencer managed to call much later that evening saying they have "equipment breakdown", apparently before reaching our house, without offering any alternative or advice at least. But rather quick to defend himself for not notifying us sooner. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had! In the end, customers like us suffer. Please save yourself from grief and look elsewhere.

This is our first year using a snow removal service, so in October 2022, we started calling services and narrowed it down to 3 and 2 of the 3 came out to our house to give us bids, 1 was a no show. Shan, from Tahoe LuxUrey Estates Management, gave us an estimate and gave us specifics of how the snow removal would work. We exchanged contact information and a contract was drawn up and emailed to us. It would go from 11/1/2022 to 4/1/2023. All the questions we had were answered to our satisfaction, we signed the contract and used Venmo for payment. The driveway has been cleared 18 times and probably more because we were gone during the whole month of February and there were numerous storms for them to contend with and we had someone coming to our house to check on thing and water plants. often the snow is removed in the wee hours of the morning however they have come during the day also. Our guy is usually Alejandro however we have had Shan and Brandon as well. All are very nice young men that are doing a great job during a winter with 12 Atmospheric Rivers and it is not done yet. They keep our driveway clear, as well as the mailbox area and usually have to deal with the Tahoe Cement Berms. Kudos to Tahoe Luxury Estates Management and Alejandro, Shan and Brandon for starting up this new business for the community!
