Their quality of work is fantastic! Very clean, structured, and efficient for putting up this roof on a larger home of 2,500 square feet. We were receiving a lot of praise from our neighbors and those driving by not only at how beautiful the roof looks but how wonderful of a job they were doing. They certainly impressed the neighbors and their work will impress you and yours. I am giving them 4 stars versus 5 stars because they must work on communicating to customers on product orders, delivery, and just updates if plans change, etc. They are well worth the call to get a good price with excellent work. Sebby actually took the time and walk on my roof from front to back. He took pictures of the damage tiles and texted them to me. On 11/13/25 I received my proposal letter for cost of repairs. When my family moved into our house, we already knew our roof would need to be redone and we hoped to get it to about 5 years post move in time. At year 4, our roof sprung a leak and so this was the first time AER came to the rescue. Chris Stohl got our repair coordinated quickly and efficiently but confirmed this was just buying 1 season. That next year we sprung a different leak but were just months away from it being the most perfect time financially. Chris came out and actually helped to tarp our roof to get us through the rain. Talk about above and beyond! I told him that we would do the roof that summer and he got a quote prepared. We did get some other quotes in the meantime and AER just was top to bottom better with warranty, materials and price point. We went with AER and they put our job on the exact week we needed. Megan and Rebecca coordinated the process the entire way. They were preparing us for all the expected noise, logistics and material delivery practically every day leading into the start day. When work got started, each inspector and crew member were polite and efficient. Our new roof went in perfectly to what we had expected. After project finish, there was a problem with dealing with the county office, through no fault of either us or AER (thanks former home owner from 20+ years ago).
