As for the food - it was straight well-cooked, moist bbq. It had a perfect amount of smoky flavor and very savory while not too salty. We had the brisket, ribs, and smoked turkey. The briskets practically disintegrated as soon as I put my fingers on them. It comes with a side of horseradish sauce which paired perfectly. The ribs were fall off the bone and dry rub (I believe) which I prefer. And my favorite - and sometimes hard-to-find - the smoked turkey was absolute perfection. Not over or under powering. Just the right amount of smoky flavor. I didn't need to add sauce to any of the meats to enjoy them. The onion rings were perfectly fried - crunchy with thick cuts of onion. While my son and I were split on the Mac n cheese (which was definitely good anyway you look at it), my son liked it more than I did. The best side IMO is their baked beans. It was acidic and less sweet in a good way and tasted like no other BBs I've had. I'm not sure I'll have another reason to be up in Binghampton again, but I will so be going here again if I ever do.
