I have had my TT for a little over two years now and I have had to take my TT in a handful of times for warranty work. Booking a service appointment is about the only easy part of the process. Each visit, my TT has sat for at least two months before finally being worked on. In total, I have lost about 8 months of use between all my warranty repair visits. There always seems to be a break down in communication between service and the manufacture in getting warranty work approval. I have had to reach out to the manufacture on occasion only to be told it was service who dropped the ball when submitting paperwork. Every time I bring my TT here, there is a new service person behind the counter. Every time I get my TT back, I notice a new scratch or scuff mark. If their service department matched their sales department, this place would be unmatched. Management really needs to shake things up in this department.

We will be selling our trailer due to safety issue, three steps on the inside up to the bedroom and my wife has a little difficulty going down so we want a pull trailer with everything on one level. As the third owner of the trailer, there were issues that cropped up. Eric and his staff developed solutions and fixes that made the R-Pod like brand new. We just had him and his assistant looked at the water heater and one of the USB ports. The water heater did not need a new anode (after 3 years of use); and the USB port had a loose wiring. He could have replaced and charged us for a new anode and the USB port but didn't. Honest and creative when solving manufacturer defects. Eric's work is outstanding. I looked at the vans available for the dates I wanted and the Zion was just what I was looking for. It was the smaller of the standard sizes of Mercedes vans. That was great because I was slightly apprehensive about driving a larger van. (After driving the Zion, I feel I would be OK with the larger 170 inch wheel base vans.) The rental price was very reasonable considering that the van was essentially my home for three days. The van was well equipped and very comfortable. I enjoyed my three days and showing the van to my friends.

A week later I was able to do a consultation with two of the owners, mocking up different options for van builds. I left that appointment having complete understanding of what we will be paying when we do our build. They are in the process of helping us get the best deal on the van we will do the build in. A conversion van purchase isn't a small purchase. We are in a season of life change, waiting for our retirement date, but can't wait to have new adventures in a van Scenic will build for us.
