Clam chowder

I should have checked the rating before I dine in. I got the clam chowder. It's served on paper bowl. It's warm but not hot. Flavor is ok. Service is ok. They don't accept cash.

Had a layover at SeaTac and came across Mountain Room Bar near the gate. It was pretty empty at the time. There is a full bar and tv's around. Dining area not too big. Menu is simple and service was just ok. Ordered the breakfast bagel sandwich with bacon which came with a side of potatoes. Food came out fast. Food was ok and server just didn't seem to be too attentive. Ate, paid and left.

Two servers were very busy and adequately attentive, friendly and upbeat, while customers continued in and out of the restaurant

Food was quickly served and hot on arrival. The menu was limited so I ordered the burger with fries. Delicious hot burger, I enjoyed very much. Staff was busy busy but continued to check in, keep the drinks full (mine anyway). Pleasant to customers in a playful way. Appreciated the ambiance My only complaint is my fries were mushy. Crispy, Tasted good and seasoned well .. just the texture, a little different . Perhaps some prefer them that way .

This was one of those rare occasions where I didn't look at reviews first. The airport was freezing. What brought me in here was the inviting fireplace. I parked it at a high top and service was fine. Can recommend the Pikes chowder, even if it's served in a cardboard bowl with a plastic spoon. Wine was not the best and really not worth the $13 charge per glass. A cup of hot tea was good and for just under $4.

Service was great. Menu is small. Super friendly staff. Food was simple but delicious. Was nervous ordering clam chowder from an airport restaurant but it was really tasty. Restaurant needs an updated looks a little outdated.

There's an omelette under there...LOL!

Because I had an early layover, I didn't get to eat before leaving Ashland. Looking around the airport, there wasn't much to choose from that looked appetizing. Since my gate was at the end of the A terminal, I decided to climb the mountain. It wasn't very busy so I took a table out in front. I would've rather had something from the lunch menu but they start at 10:30. So looking over the breakfast items, I chose the Santa Fe omelette without bellpeppers. When it came out, the omelette was hidden under a ton of salsa and a mound of sour cream. Commercial grade fried potatoes came with and a slice of sourdough toast. The potatoes could've been better, like add some onions and spices. The omelette was decent and the reason for the three stars is that the chicken was tender and flavorful. Also the service was friendly and attentive. Next year, I'll see if this Adriana is working and sit at the bar! LOl!

Food was decent. Service was okay. I don't have much here on this one. If you're really hungry, this works.

Wow. So unfortunately we stopped here as it's at the end of concourse A with no other options close by to eat. I looked at all the one star reviews and was like, nah. Turns out they were true. Don't eat any food here. And if you drink they will rip you off on that too! Got a Moscow mule, almost no vodka in it so when I got another one I asked for a shot on the said not knowing they would charge me $12 for a single shot of well vodka!!' Wtf!? Avoid this place at all cost. Just don't go.

So not sure this place deserves such a low overall rating. I ordered the Santa Fe omelette which came out quickly, was hot and well filled with chicken, cheese and vegetables. The breakfast menu is very limited but that's probably due to the current conditions. Wait staff were pleasant and friendly, checking regularly to make sure I had sufficient coffee in my cup. All in all pretty normal for a restaurant in an airport concourse.

Delicious and he gave me every sauce to dip in :)

BBQ bacon burger was awesome. They do not skimp on the bacon and the presentation made my mouth water. Fries were pretty good too!

Hamburger was very good and service too. Clam chowder was average, was expecting a bit of better flavor since we are in Seattle.

I been dropping in and out of this nice little kept secret for not kidding..... 25 years now!…read more It's a great little smokehouse secret! Something for everyone here! Was bar top this visit passing through town through business this week. Chris was my main server today. What a gentlemen! And so accommodating to me! I had the Pork chop tonight without dissatisfaction! With the well thought out mash potatoes, and beans! It was hardy! And filling! There is so many special other things that you can order here on the smoke side meat side! After dinner engaged with Melissa and Desiree. They are all engaging and a fun quick chat! For me really nothing not to like about this well long established place! Always consistent place. Job well done at Sharps!

We were pleasantly greeted and escorted to a table. The hostess started to seat us in an area that the tables are placed very close together and next to a table full of adult diners. We had our grandchildren with us and I could see that wouldn't work so I asked to be placed at a booth which wouldn't be so intrusive to other diners and she was able to accommodate us. There is no denying that tables are placed very close together here. Our waiter was very professional and the staff worked as a team. The food here is very good and the servings are large. With that said I gave it a much better review this time. I just can't give it a 5 because of the seating. I would recommend trying it. If you don't mind dining in tight quarters this a great place for good food.

Good day, Yelpies,…read more There's something quietly remarkable about a restaurant that survives not just decades, but generations of changing tastes--and still manages to feel relevant. This establishment, which first opened its doors in Seattle in 1967 before relocating to Sea-Tac in 1976 under the guidance of the original owner's wife, carries with it more than just longevity--it carries legacy. Its name traces back to Lima, Peru, inspired by Las Trece Monedas--a folkloric tale of a humble young man who, armed with only thirteen coins, pledged unwavering love and devotion to win the heart of a wealthy man's daughter. It's a fitting origin story for a restaurant rooted in perseverance, passion, and heartfelt hospitality. Half a century later, those same values echo through every plate and every interaction. The menu delivers consistently satisfying fare, and the service operates with a rhythm that only comes from years of refinement. But perhaps most impressive is the sheer ambition of it all--executing quality food around the clock, 24 hours a day, is no small feat. It's the kind of operational endurance that deserves recognition on its own. Whether you arrive for breakfast at dawn, a late-night dinner, or anything in between, this is a place that meets you where you are--and feeds you well when you get there. Cheers --The Dutchman
