Great experience!! They really take their time with their work and take it extremely seriously. The movers were super kind and easy to work with. I had a follow-up question after the move and they made sure to get ahold of me. If you have a piano and you need it moved, this is the company you want to hire. I think the cost is very reasonable for the work that's necessary. read more

I had a fantastic experience with Mountain Piano. Keith and Derrick were absolute pros-they knew exactly what to do with my piano, which was in a complicated space. In addition to being extremely competent, they were kind, helpful and just good people. I would recommend them to anyone!! read more

I hired them to get a 100 year old player piano out of our house. That thing was heavy!! They were responsive and really informative on the phone. Quickly scheduled and showed up in the window they said they would. They respected our home while they were getting that crazy-heavy piano out. They were even willing to take the piano with them to find her a new home or new purpose in this world. I would absolutely use them again if I had another piano! read more

Did a great job moving our 100 year old family piano. Reasonable pricing also. Would definitely recommend.

When I moved, the moving company assured me they could move my piano into the basement of my new house, but it was too much for them when it came down to the day, so they left it in my living room. It was absolutely not too much for Mountain Piano Moving. When I called for an estimate, I got one quickly, and they had me on the schedule within days. The gentlemen who moved it treated my ratty old spinet with tender care, and got it down to the basement right where I wanted it. Besides that, they were really nice, prompt, and professional. I'll absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a piano moved. read more

I just had these gentlemen move my spinet piano from Parker to Centennial. 'Tik' was very pleasant, possessing outstanding communication skills, calling to confirm and reconfirm our appointment time while offering to be very flexible with our meet time. The two gentlemen (I call them gentlemen due to the way they handled the piano). The two, without me asking, performed a quick assessment of the piano's condition- Valuable information for me to know, since I was in the process of purchasing it. They even showed up at our meeting place within 5 minutes of our appointment time! Coolest guys to have move your piano or other large instruments. I didn't ask them if they move things other than pianos, but I suppose you could ask if they do. read more

I very rarely write reviews - good or bad - but my experience with Tick, Keith, and Brian was phenomenal. Not only were they super responsive, but their attention to detail and their expert knowledge about pianos (including our Steinway grand) was great. I initially went with this company for a local CO piano move after reading another review about how everyone is an owner. This is in contrast to piano movers we had in Chicago who in retrospect, were a bunch of young guys who just happened to work for a piano moving company. These guys in Chicago dropped an upright piano that was only a few months old onto metal stairs, significantly damaging the piano. There's definitely benefit in having piano movers that are not only experts about pianos but who also care about them and aren't doing this as a side job of some sort. I fully recommend Mountain Piano Moving! read more

Very professional movers who clearly knew pianos. Got the piano delivered onto a military base and they were able to accommodate the extra hassle with no issue. On time, communicative, and super careful. read more

Absolutely the best piano movers in the front range. I have used a private mover, Keyboard carriers and Mountain Pianos. These guys are incredible in how much they care, reliability, integrity and knowledge. They basically ha to take my Steinway apart to bring it down the stairs and reassemble and wrap it to be moved to another state. Everything was done meticulously and professionally. They get it what it is like to have an expensive instrument and they treat it like such and not like a piece of furniture. Kudos to Tick, Nick and the team! read more

I haven't used these guys for moving but just spent 40 minutes on the phone with Tik (apologies if I'm misspelling that) who talked me thru what to look for in the free piano hunt. He was very helpful, and also hilarious. He offered to take a peek at any of the ads I come across going forward to help me decide if the instrument is worth looking at in person. I'm excited to use this company when I do find one to bring home! read more

I was looking for a trustworthy company to move my great-grandmother's piano from my parents' house in Colorado Springs to my house in Denver, and am so glad I found this company! Their customer service is excellent, they are responsive, and very helpful when quoting and discussing services. They treated the piano with such care and they are truly professionals in what they do! They're extremely knowledgeable and were able to navigate some tricky logistics (like a very steep driveway and a heavy piano). I would recommend them time and time again to anyone looking for professional movers that will treat your piano with extra care. read more

Great communication, total professionals, amazing job. So happy we found them to work with us with moving not 1, but 2 pianos in an afternoon. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you Keith (I got your name right!;)) and crew! read more

These guys are great! Before they moved the piano, they checked to make sure things were working, took pictures to make sure there was documented proof of things not being broken, and answered questions. They moved it the same day, and contacted me with at least 20 minutes warning on both ends. They took the time to take off the wheels to get it down the steps and had it protected by a blanket. I really appreciate all the time they took to move my piano with care. The movers are part owners, so it's not just some part-time college kid who doesn't care about the job. I would highly recommend them and I would hire them again! read more

Great experience using these guys! They showed up on time and were very meticulous and careful preparing to move the piano. They have the right tools for the job and know how to treat your piano with care. I would never move any piano of mine without having specific experienced piano movers do it. These guys fit the bill! read more

This company has great customer service! Before, during and after my piano was moved, they quickly responded to all of my questions and they were great about communicating via email and text. Brian and Keith moved my piano with care and they were such nice guys. This company rocks! read more

We have moved our upright grand piano several times. Every time the movers complain about how heavy it is, and I'm so anxious they are going to break it that I can't even watch. After Mountain Piano Moving, I will never go back. They made moving the piano look like a walk in the park. We had the piano moved from inside the old house to inside the new house (5 blocks away) in less than an hour. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you!!! read more

Professional, efficient, kind. Moved my mother's precious baby grand (and precious heirloom) to her new home without a hitch! Thanks so much for the piece of mind during a time of high stress for my sweet momma. read more

This was the most professional set of movers I have ever come across. They moved a piano of my girlfriends to one her friends place and it wasn't easy. 15-20 steps, 800-900 lbs and two guys. They paid attention to every detail to make sure there was zero damage to anything. Calm and meticulous at every turn. I'm grateful there are people still like this in the business. It's a quality over quantity game for them and it shows. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED read more

I was going to go with another company, but these guys called back first. Boy am I glad I chose them. small company owned by four gentleman who split the work. Very professional and knowledgeable about pianos. Very astute and careful about preserving the instrument. Excellent care! Highly recommended!! read more

These guys are AMAZING! They picked up, hauled, dropped off with ease. They even made sure everything worked correctly before and after. Moving a piano is never easy, yet they made it seem that way. And so pleasent and cordial. Such a breath of fresh air to work with a company and individuals that value good customer service! I am a realtor and deal with vendors daily and would recommend them without hesitation or reservation. read more

I had a great experience this week with these very conscientious movers. Tix was responsive and accommodating my request. His guys, Derek and Kevin, were timely and so careful in the piano move from my client's home to my home. I will recommend them to my real estate clients in the future! read more

We hadn't moved the piano since it was delivered thirty-some years ago. Mountain Piano was recommended by a musician friend of ours and they made it easy. They were on time and very careful about planning the move. It was done very promptly and for a reasonable price. I can't imagine anyone could do it better. read more

What a wonderful experience with this company. My sisters and I were very leery of moving our late father's old piano again. Wonderful communication throughout the process, from setting the date and times to phone calls enroute. These gentlemen were extremely professional and treated it so carefully at both ends of the move. If you ever need a piano moved, I highly recommend them. Thank you so much! read more

They did a great job moving a small piano that we bought off Craigslist. They had a delay - that was out of their control - on the job before ours, but called myself and the piano seller to keep us updated on when they would arrive at each home. Would highly recommend. read more

These guys were fantastic. I called them needing next day pick up and delivery and they were communicative, helpful, didn't overcharge me (I had called several other companies who were charging way more), and took good care of the piano I had them move. I even told them the wrong thing about some steps at my house (just because I had just moved in and didn't remember a couple details) and they didn't charge me more for the steps. Very friendly and also gave me a recommendation for a tuner. Definitely use them! read more

Great service, moved my piano quickly with no issues. They are friendly and on time as well.

These guys are extremely experienced, safe, methodical, professional, and friendly. I hope we never have to move my son's piano again, but if we upgrade to a nicer piano, I would only consider Mountain Piano Moving and without hesitation. First of all, another piano moving company cancelled on me with just a day to spare, and I called Mountain Piano Moving who I'd initially called and Tick fit in my piano move on the day I needed it moved. I was so grateful. The guys had to navigate a narrow stairwell with a turn to get the piano down and out of my condo, and so it wasn't a simple move. These guys knew exactly what they were doing - they aren't run-of-the-mill movers; instead they really understand how pianos are built and the best way to move them. I don't have a top of the line, name-brand piano, but they still treated it with kid gloves and I really appreciated this. And pricing was very fair. All in all, I was very happy with and grateful for Mountain Piano Moving. read more

Fantastic piano moving experience. The movers were very careful with our piano, clearly very experienced, and the price was reasonable. They went out of their way to schedule our move with another in the general area so that we wouldn't have to pay as much for their travel time from Denver. The owner, who was on our move, is also a really nice person and we enjoyed talking with him (after he carried our heavy piano down a long flight of stairs). read more
