I contacted this company 10 days ago; no response. People have told me they have damaged people's pianos & do nothing about it. Verry difficult to find a competent company that is reasonable in cost. read more

The movers did not reach out to begin with until almost a week after they were supposed to. When they finally did, I sent photos and confirmed -- twice, because of the size of the instrument -- if there was anything else needed to make sure it would be smooth and possible. They told me there was nothing else needed from me and that it would be fine. On the move day, they arrive late and immediately say there's no way they can get it in the house, and ask if I want it downstairs in the basement -- no, my basement cannot handle that size of instrument. If I wanted it in the basement, I would have asked so. Multiple movers ask to use my restroom, which on principle I understand can happen and am OK with it, but is not typical to do or ask of customers, walking their soaking wet boots (because it is pouring rain and hailing, but would not have been had they arrived in the normal range of the window) over my brand new carpet. They tell me that I will have to, essentially, completely redo the landscaping for front or hire a crane to put it through the deck door, scoffing to say "this is the largest production piano available"-- I'm aware of that, on account of not purchasing blind. I took a day off of work (which is difficult to do) to sit around and wait for this delivery that I was assured more than once would be simple and smooth, and have absolutely nothing to show for it besides serving as a free rest stop for the movers, needing to clean and dry my carpet, and still having no instrument to show for it. read more

Today the team came to move my piano back after we did the hardwood floors. They had given me a one hour window and arrived just as they said -- awesome. The team of 3 guys moved my piano off carpet/rugs on a dolly, through the house and then screwed all the pieces back together, put the piano back on its feet and never touched the new hardwood, not once. They use moving pads and we had plastic plates for the legs of the piano. They did a great job and they were super friendly! In and out in 15-20 minutes. Easiest thing I've done all week. Thank you!! These guys did a phenomenal job delivering and moving our piano into our basement! They were on time, responsive, and showed up ready with lots of help to get the job done. They were professional, funny, and kind. What they do is truly a fine art! They did not scratch our floors, walls, or the piano. This time we shopped around to see if we could find someone cheaper and others could match the price or refused to move it with how our stairs are arranged this time. Nothing like being filmed without your permission. Just thought I'd let you know you have a pervert working for you. On Saturday, November 7th around 2:45 pm, my girlfriend and I were traveling South on 85 in Littleton when she informed me that the man in the extreme piano moving truck next to us was filming her and had a creepy smile on his face and was looking right at her. I look at the truck and sure enough the driver is filming my girlfriend (she was wearing shorts that weren't even revealing btw). I have already had 1 review deleted but just thought I'd let people know that they are potentially allowing a pervert who might film them without their permission into their home. I have also called this business to warn them/discuss what happened and clearly nothing is being done. Haven't even received a call back. They also drive like idiots. No worries though, it's not like pianos are fragile or anything. read more

The movers damaged part of our house and two weeks later we continue to be ignored. While my voice+emails have gone unanswered, I've called enough times that I've spoken to a woman a few times. However, I've only heard non-answers.. no dates, no details, no specifics. The incident itself occurred when the movers placed the ramps in such a way that 3 tiles at the front entry of the house were damaged - two tiles now have cracks, third tile has a few small chunks missing. The two workers heard it, one commented to the other; my wife heard that entire exchange. Unfortunately, we paid with a check and didn't think to do a stop payment until well after the check had cleared. I wish we had used a credit card - could call Visa and refuse payment, dispute the charge, etc. and let them fight this moving company for us. It's possible our bank can get involved anyway; I haven't talked to them about it yet. For what it's worth, our piano seems to have been handled well, but this would only really have been worth it if they had billed us $0 since I now have to coordinate and pay for someone to get out here and repair the damage they did. read more

I have never called these people to move a piano. Nor would I ever - given the way they drive on the road. Today, with snow and ice on the ground, we were sitting at a light with no car in front of us. We were looking to see if the five police cars down the road were headed our way. Next thing we knew, this large truck comes flying up very close to us and cuts its front end in front of us. Needless to say, it scared us. The driver decided to tell us we shouldn't sit through a light. Whatever his reason for doing what he did, his driving was reckless and I can only imagine what it would have done to a piano inside! read more

Extreme Piano Movers was sub-contracted by another company for the in-town part of our long-distance piano move. They did an excellent job, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. They treated our family heirloom baby grand with the utmost care. The three guys that unloaded it showed up when they said they would, were extremely courteous, and really seemed to know what they were doing. Listen, these guys are the best. The customer service is exceptional; I moved recently from Highlands Ranch to the a home in the mountains. On the day of the move, my neighborhood city workers decided they would pave the street in front of my house. I knew this was going to be a problem as Extreme Piano Moving was scheduled to get my piano, but Jennifer, the receptionist, was great to work with and helped make sure that the piano was picked up without any issues. Additionally, when the guys got to my house in the mountains, they were concerned that there might not be enough room at the top of my stairs to maneuver the piano in order to get it in my loft. They had to re-schedule to ensure they had the right number of guys to do the job. I have to tell you, to see the effort these young men displayed and the care they took with not only my home, but with my cherished piano, i got a little silently emotional. These guys showed exceptional professionalism and it is obvious they take pride in such an important job. As I watched all six guys take the piano up the stairs and maneuver the dreaded corner, I could only feel appreciation in my heart swell as they worked with one another to get the job done. This instrument is my pride and joy, and they knew this, and for that I am eternally grateful. Thank you so much for the care you took in moving such an important piece of my life.
