Since then, all four of us have been in a couple of times, and every experience has been great. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable. They've been absolutely wonderful with both of our kids. One thing that really stood out to me was that the doctor knew my son was really into Pokemon and surprised him with TWO big packs of Pokemon cards. It was such a thoughtful little thing and it meant so much to him and honestly says a lot about the kind of care they give their patients. We are happy we found Arrowhead Dental Arts and feel really good knowing we have a dental office up here that our whole family loves. Highly recommend!

Once I got to the office, I was really impressed that they brought me in right on time with no delay. That alone is rare these days. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and very professional. The assistant did a great job taking all of my X-rays, and the dentist herself was excellent. She carefully checked all of my teeth, explained a couple of issues clearly, and took the time to talk everything through with me. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no pressure or upselling. She focused only on the issues that actually needed attention. Overall, it was an incredibly pleasant dental visit, which isn't something people usually say about going to the dentist. I can definitely see why they have such a strong five-star rating. After almost 2 years of treatment, my daughter's baby teeth fell out. They removed my daughter's braces, and almost immediately her teeth reverted to their previous position. Instead of giving us a solution, Dr. Diehls practically abandoned our case, and the other doctor stated that only surgery would truly make a difference. For nearly a year, they took our money and time, and never did anything for my daughter. We finally sought a second opinion from another orthodonist, who re-applied the braces right away. My daughter's teeth are now almost perfectly aligned, and there was no need for any special treatment or surgery. Shame on this office and team!
