We're baaaack! I'm now here with son #3 and because of his condition, Invisalign was recommended…read morefor him as it would be easier for him to care for his teeth (easier flossing, etc). We worked with Kylene and Dr. Bottala for his initial consult and once again we had a positive experience. Unfortunately due to his wheelchair not fitting in the X-ray machine, we were unable to get that done, but we were still able to move forward with getting his Invisalign. Yvonne was the person who helped him with getting his Invisalign set up in his teeth and went over all the do's and don'ts of caring for them. She also told him about the patient rewards hub app where he can get points for various things and redeeming his points for gift cards. Great incentive to get the patients motivated to take better care of their teeth! I don't think they had this program when my first son was here a few years ago, but when he was a patient, they didn't offer any incentives, so this is a nice new perk! I really like this office for ortho procedures. I did also get a consult from my regular dental office for his braces, but I just really liked the facilities available here and the fact that they had more appointments that could work with our schedule, so we came back. Plus, in addition to prizes, they have all these fun things for kids like video games while they wait. It's a no brainer, if you need orthodontic service, just come here.

After a very minimal wait time we were called back and greeted by the orthodontist who was very nice and professional. This was not only MY first experience with an orthodontist but my daughters as well. We had no idea what to expect but he reassured us that he just wanted to look at her mouth initially. As a parent, you anticipate extreme costs right out of the gate. Not the case here. He said, and I quote 'if she were my daughter, I would wait' (on getting braces). From my first meeting with Dr. Han, I could tell I was in great hands. He is professional, caring, and truly passionate about what he does. The entire process was smooth, from insurance to monthly payments everything was explained clearly and handled easily. What really stands out, though, is the level of care. Every single visit, I was welcomed with a smile and genuine conversation. Being asked how my day was and actually feeling like they cared made the office feel like home. Dr. Han, you are truly great at your profession, and the team you have beside you is just as amazing. I'm going to miss all the conversations with Inez, even when she would jokingly scare me by saying something was going to hurt or that a tooth needed to come out! Somehow, I always looked forward to my ortho appointments. Today, I reached the finish line with my braces, and to my surprise, I received a certificate, a bottle of cider, and a goodie bag with gum and sour gummies. Inez had asked me what I was most excited to eat once my braces came off, and those were exactly the treats I wanted. That personal touch meant so much. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to the entire staff for making this journey so special. I 100% recommend Dr. Daniel Han for braces.
