They explained the fees and made sure any questions were answered. Again explaining everything before proceeding. A week later she broke off a bracket and was scared to go in. They could see her fear and explained what they were going to do and reassured her broken brackets happen. They have an awesome reward program to encourage good oral hygiene. After a very minimal wait time we were called back and greeted by the orthodontist who was very nice and professional. This was not only MY first experience with an orthodontist but my daughters as well. We had no idea what to expect but he reassured us that he just wanted to look at her mouth initially. As a parent, you anticipate extreme costs right out of the gate. Not the case here. He said, and I quote 'if she were my daughter, I would wait' (on getting braces). Allowing time for her baby teeth to completely fall out to see exactly how much room we are working with...
