He had to go back 2 more times because it kept popping off Due to inadequate materials and/or staff. They proceeded to give him a Statement with a Balance of well over $2,000.00 going back to 2022. When he asked about why these charges were so old, he was told by Juddy, she was reconciling records and noticed he had a balance. I then reviewed it, provided a detailed Audit of each charge along with copies of All payments and EOB'S (Explanation of Benifts). Turns out, she was double billing him for mistakes they made in office and for charges under the 'Write Off' column on the EOB which are clearlyNot the Patients Responsibility. . When I asked her why, she said, 'because we haven't been paid for those amounts yet' I said, then you take that up with the Insurance company, you dont just automatically charge the Patient. I also told her that I spoke to the Insurance company, and they confirmed what I said. I told her, just because you haven't been paid by the Insurance company, you don't go after the Patient. How many other Patients has she done that to, who didn't even realize, and just paid. After numerous times trying to reach her over and over via email and i cant count how many phone calls left for Juddy, I finally did reach her and she said she removed all the 'Write Off' Amounts and he owed just over $200,00. I then reminded her, that she neglected to bill my husband's Insurance on 3 charges and that after those are put back through His insurance, he would probably be due a Crédit. After that, she Zeroed his account. Go figure, she tried to bill him for over $2,000.00 dollars and after being called out, and possibly owning him a credit, she zeroed out his account. Shortly after this was all done, my husband's Crown popped off once again, that's a total of 4 times so we found another Dentist off the Mountain. Mind you, this started at the end of September 2024, and JUST got resolved mid January 2025. After all said and done, we have both chosen a phenomenal new Dentist who is absolutely lovely and both just Love. Caring, understanding and don't try to add on a bunch of unnecessary procedures to fill their pockets.

I've worked in dental offices before as a dental assistant and trust me there are very bad and scary dentists out there. He is not in that group. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Lee fit me in between clients and saw me for approximately 7 minutes over a 1.5 hrs appointment. Hence there was a lot of waiting. When I made the booking the receptionist did not inform me of this fee, like the receptionist that insisted on charging me stated. I have read it is not common to be charged for an Invisalign consultation, where ultimately they stand to charge you about $7K over 18 months.
