Unfortunately,on two bottom teeth the glue or bonding material wore off so the wire was not fixed to those teeth. Fortunately, today 360 orthodontics took good care of me. They just added the glue/ bonding material I was in the treatment chair no more than 10 minutes and I was not charged since they didn't need to replace the whole fixed retainer on the bottom. I can't speak for others , but they have usually been good to me. I recommend them. Thank you 360 orthodontist! I appreciate that you fixed me right up :)

Constantly changing staff, misleading "$2k braces" marketing, and treatment that drags on forever because they only schedule appointments every three months. Its a circus in there! After over three years, my bite and teeth were still wrong. I asked the orthodontist how much longer and she would say "3 more months" then "5 more", she was not being honest. Next thing you know I was about to hit 4 years with a messed up bite and teeth. They clearly don't care. Be 10 minutes late? They cancel your appointment and push you back weeks. Oh but they can text you they're running behind because of short staffing. This place is poorly run, misleading, and not worth the time, money, or stress. You get what you pay for.

Please reconsider getting braces/permanent retainers here. I recently came in for a visit to get my…read morepermanent retainers checked since it wasn't sturdy after 5 years of having them. Getting an appointment was fine but they do not care for you in the long term. Dr. Gonzalez took off my retainers and told me my only option was to get braces again. I would've been happy to get it glued or let it be like that to keep my shape. I felt like they were trying to get money out of my minor visit which was ridiculous. I even asked if my teeth would be in the same shape after getting my retainer removed, just cause of how long I had them for. He said that they would stay in shape but the fact that he lied was what lost me as a customer. I have so much anxiety sleeping every night now just because how much my teeth shifts at the bottom. Mind you, the defect in the retainer was from the lack of glue placement of Dr. Gonzalez. His work is great but he does not take accountability in long term errors. Adding on to that, the visit costed 20$! For a 5 minute removal. I came in thinking that I would receive help or some sort of reassurance but was in shock of how I got charged. If that was the case I could've yanked out the permanent retainer at home myself. I do not recommend coming here, please shop around other locations in Fontana. Sincerely, Kimmy

From my first meeting with Dr. Han, I could tell I was in great hands. He is professional, caring, and truly passionate about what he does. The entire process was smooth, from insurance to monthly payments everything was explained clearly and handled easily. What really stands out, though, is the level of care. Every single visit, I was welcomed with a smile and genuine conversation. Being asked how my day was and actually feeling like they cared made the office feel like home. Dr. Han, you are truly great at your profession, and the team you have beside you is just as amazing. I'm going to miss all the conversations with Inez, even when she would jokingly scare me by saying something was going to hurt or that a tooth needed to come out! Somehow, I always looked forward to my ortho appointments. Today, I reached the finish line with my braces, and to my surprise, I received a certificate, a bottle of cider, and a goodie bag with gum and sour gummies. Inez had asked me what I was most excited to eat once my braces came off, and those were exactly the treats I wanted. That personal touch meant so much. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to the entire staff for making this journey so special. I 100% recommend Dr. Daniel Han for braces.

She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. She fixed my tooth quickly and perfectly, and because of her, I was able to go on my trip feeling confident instead of worrying about a missing piece of my tooth the entire time. That's why I was hoping to get everything taken care of the same day as my appointment, even though I was late. I also work two jobs, from 7:30am-9pm Monday through Friday, which already makes it very difficult to fit in appointments. I do my best to come in whenever your office has availability. Unfortunately, in this case I felt like I wasn't really being heard, or maybe I didn't ask clearly enough if it was possible to accommodate my situation--since it isn't easy for me to get days off, and I was also going to be out of town on vacation. If I hadn't been away, this wouldn't have been as big of a problem, but with this trip planned months in advance it made things especially hard to reschedule. That said, I truly appreciate Dr. Tanna's knowledge, skill, and care throughout my treatment so far. My concern is only with the scheduling communication and flexibility, not with the orthodontic care itself, which has always been excellent.

Our family has been coming to Hoff Orthodontics in Upland for over three years for both my…read moredaughter's braces and my own Invisalign. Overall, we appreciate the practice--Dr. Hoff is wonderful, and the clinical staff in the back are exceptional. They genuinely care, ask about your life, and make you feel welcomed. We also really love the thoughtful amenities like the complimentary coffee station, water, and the fresh cookies after appointments--those details do not go unnoticed! However, there is a recurring issue with front-office management and communication due to what seems like constant turnover. During a recent visit for a 5-minute Invisalign scan, I sat in the waiting room for nearly 30 minutes past my appointment time without a single update. It wasn't until I approached the desk that I was told they were short-staffed. A simple "Hey, we're running behind today" at check-in would have gone a long way. To make matters more frustrating, the two new receptionists at the front were loudly chatting and carrying on behind the desk for 10+ minutes while patients sat waiting without updates. Between turnover leading to past billing glitches and today's lack of communication, the front office is consistently where the ball gets dropped. I love Dr. Hoff's clinical care and the sweet back-office team, but management needs to address front-desk professionalism, turnover, and proactive patient communication.
