I started treatment in 2022 I had braces on for 3 1/2 years throughout those years I was seen by 4 different doctors one of them being Dr Partovi. One year later after starting treatment Dr. Partovi requested I had my two bottom first molars removed. Treatment continued my braces came off in August 2025. Not once was a mirror offered for me to see my results I felt something was off, I went home started doing my research and realized I had been botched.. I made an appointment for a reevaluation with the last Dr. I was seen by toward the end of treatment. I explained my concerns he pretended to evaluate my bite, which hadn't changed from two weeks prior when braces came off. He said he would be back, left the room and didn't have the kindness to return and explain the next steps instead he sent in the manager. A few weeks later they called me and said in order to keep me happy Dr agreed to put me back on braces for 9 months to fix my bite somewhat but to completely correct it I would need jaw surgery and with the condition for me to remove my pictures from another review my sister posted. I've had other opinions some say there's no fixing. I found one Doctor Who said they can fix it but how much we won't know until my teeth start moving. this has affected me so much.. please go elsewhere to get your braces DO NOT come here..

Please reconsider getting braces/permanent retainers here. I recently came in for a visit to get my…read morepermanent retainers checked since it wasn't sturdy after 5 years of having them. Getting an appointment was fine but they do not care for you in the long term. Dr. Gonzalez took off my retainers and told me my only option was to get braces again. I would've been happy to get it glued or let it be like that to keep my shape. I felt like they were trying to get money out of my minor visit which was ridiculous. I even asked if my teeth would be in the same shape after getting my retainer removed, just cause of how long I had them for. He said that they would stay in shape but the fact that he lied was what lost me as a customer. I have so much anxiety sleeping every night now just because how much my teeth shifts at the bottom. Mind you, the defect in the retainer was from the lack of glue placement of Dr. Gonzalez. His work is great but he does not take accountability in long term errors. Adding on to that, the visit costed 20$! For a 5 minute removal. I came in thinking that I would receive help or some sort of reassurance but was in shock of how I got charged. The office billed and collected payment from both insurance and the patient for the same period of orthodontic services, resulting in a confirmed duplicate payment. This has been verified by the insurance provider. When a refund was requested, the office stated it would only be issued at the end of treatment and only if an overpayment remains. This position ignores the fact that this is a confirmed duplicate payment, not a projected overpayment. Under California law, including Business and Professions Code §732, duplicate payments must be refunded within a specified timeframe upon request. Despite this, the office has refused to issue a timely refund. There are also ongoing concerns with communication and coordination within the office, particularly between orthodontic and general dental services. Proceed with caution, actually don't proceed at all, please trust me when I tell you "they are fire and you will get burned" please don't learn for yourself
