I took my sister here and I'm giving Summit Ortho 5 stars as the initial consult was quick and easy and they had X-rays done on the spot all within 15 minutes. The pricing was very transparent for a 24 month plan. It was about 3200 without insurance coverage and it includes all xrays, retainers, spacers, brackets with up to 3 replacements etc... The braces were put on the same day and a referral for tooth extractions was ready for us to take to our primary dentist. Overall, it was a very swift experience and I appreciated the fact that they made my sister feel welcomed and excited to be taking the step towards straighter teeth !! I will most likely be updating this review when her journey is over for a results based review! read more

I could see my teeth got straightened, but I am so disappointed because of my teeth now. It might be because I have different formed jaws. Love the staff here! Everyone has always been very friendly We were referred by family who went to the Fontana office. Love the flexibility of being able to reschedule appointments. They also give the option of making appointments on Saturdays, which is perfect so I don't have to miss work. I had to change an appointment at the last minute and they were very accommodating. We have had experience at another local Kids orthodontics and it was always so difficult to reschedule or even to get an appointment that worked with my work schedule. If we rescheduled it was a 3-4 week delay for our next appointment. We are definitely coming back here! read more

My son, Brandon Lopez, has been in a retainer for a few years now and we have been very happy with the great customer service the office staff provides. They have been great with giving me all the paperwork to use my Flex Account for towards my son's braces. They were also the most reasonable quote out there and we went to four offices in Chino Hills. They are great with keeping appointment wait times to a minimum and do not over book their clients, unlike so many other medical/dental offices. This review was way overdue. I interviewed two other ortho before making the decision to take my kids here. First three kids are done with their treatment. Absolutely beautiful. My youngest child came in twice however she is not quite ready. I happy to find this place for all my kids. The staff is nice, professional, and pretty awesome. They get busy but the office stay organized and does not feel like other cheap "factory line" ortho work. This place is clean and friendly. Love doctor tom! He's super sweet and such a great doctor. The staff is also really nice, specifically Diana at the front office and Angelina in the back. I've already had my mother, brother and cousins go to them. They keep there word which is most important and they give great direction. I love the way my teeth look!
