I had to hang up and call back and when I let her know that she left me on hold for over 10 minutes and forgot about me with that ridiculous song she apologized and then giggled. Also mind you this is the second time this has happened to me since my daughter started going there. They need to hire more people and retrain on professionalism in the office.
