Stopped by to pick up for my partner, and my gosh I was blown away, this place is gorgeous. I felt like I walked into a dream. Super friendly staff and it's well lit and very clean here. My partner has always had a wonderful experience and is highly satisfied with the services here. Highly recommend to others and would say their cookies are also delicious! They have completely chocolate chip cookies and I saw there was a mini fridge with water bottles as well this is really 5 STAR service and I really think you will enjoy your next visit. If you're in the upland area, make sure to stop by there are plenty of parking spots right behind the building and is free. I would note that it can be tricky entering the parking as the building is right at the corner of a busy street so did miss it when I turned. read more

By far the best customer service by all staff, they were honest which was very much appreciated. My daughter started coming here at 10 years old. They were honest by saying she wasn't quite ready yet. I truly appreciated that compared to other local orthos that were quick to give her two phases, expanders etc. with Dr Hoff. have been coming to Dr hoff for sometime now, before the new office opened. I had Invisalign done and absolutely loved my results! Brought my son as young as 8 to start phase 1 before Covid and he's currently on phase 2 and so far in loving the progress. He's so close to getting them off and they already look amazing! I rarely publish a recommendation, but if you are looking for an orthodontist, Dr. Hoff and his staff are the BEST. Kind, caring, & state of the art care. I had an unusual situation with my retainer and Dr. Hoff and his staff took such care to provide a new one. Before selecting Dr. Hoff, I visited other offices. I had a different Dr. tell me I needed an expander and teeth pulled. Dr. Hoff was able to complete my care in a little over a year with Invisalign, no teeth pulled, no expander and beautiful results. This place was a gem that I highly recommended to family, friends, and colleagues. The service and actual care was great but Haidi Renteria, financial counselor, is absolutely terrible. Her attitude, demeanor, and demeaning me for not being willing to pay $5,330 up front or in monthly payments of $268 for 18 months is unacceptable. Though I can easily pay in full, why should I when I have 3 dental insurance plans for my child, which will cover $4310 leaving me to only pay $1020. In previous years and treatment with my daughters, when I was issued a check from insurance, I would immediately pay the business without any hesitation. When I asked to speak to the doctor, she refused and rebutted back that "you can talk to him when you go to your daughter's appointments." First of all, they only do appointments Monday-Thursday with only morning appointments for certain procedures. My husband and I work full-time, Monday-Friday so I heavily rely on my parents to help with visits. She has access to my children's records, so she is aware I am seldom at their appointments because of conflicting work schedules. Her intent was to ensure I just pay and don't share my concerns with Dr. Hoff so I resulted to warning others on here.....before you go here, have the money upfront for treatment or be ready for high payment plans. I'll be taking my money and recommendations elsewhere because I won't be back to this office. Good luck because I don't know many people who are comfortable paying $5k upfront and getting their reimbursements back in 6 months to 1 year! read more

If you're financially stable and life goes perfectly, Hoffs Orthodontics might work but if anything unexpected happens, stay away. I had a serious health issue that required surgery, leaving me out of work for 60 days. I set up one payment arrangement, but when I couldn't fulfill it, Heidi, the financial advisor, was completely unhelpful, rude, and lacked any compassion. The way I was treated was shocking, especially since I had never had any issues before. When I tried to schedule an appointment to have my brackets removed so I could continue treatment elsewhere, they gave me only two rigid days that didn't work with my schedule. After a lot of back-and-forth, I had no choice but to say no. To make matters worse, they are still billing my insurance, which has been paying them, yet refused to let me pay my small back balance of just over $600 The lack of understanding, flexibility, and basic human compassion is absolutely unacceptable. If you value customer service and empathy, this is not the place for you. read more
