I waited to get my braces off to leave this review!! All I can say is the entire staff is super kind. Everyone knows what they are doing and are very knowledgeable ! I broke a few brackets and had some pokey wires. They had me come in same day to fix!! Dr Hoff is amazing at what he does. Don't get mad or think he is neglecting you when he spends very little time checking your mouth. He is that freaking good at what he does and has an eye like no other. I'm so grateful that my sister recommended me to Hoff Orthodontics. My nieces and nephew got their treatment with Dr Jeremy Hoff. So I decided to get my treatment done with Dr Hoff also. I had an open bite so it was really hard for me to chew my food. Dr Hoff told me that my treatment should take around 16-18 months. I finished my treatment at 16 months because I wore my ortho rubber bands all the time. Dr Jeremy Hoff is really great at explaining the treatment and progress at each visits. To me that is the number one thing that you should always look for. To me, Hoff Orthodontics deserves FIVE STARS not only is Dr Hoff a great orthodontist but his staff is amazing. They are a great help and makes the office run smoothly. They are all so friendly and welcoming. Robyn and Jeremy you two are the best. I highly recommend Dr. Hoff. He monitored my daughter for almost 2 years until he felt she was ready for treatment. We initially checked with two other orthodontists and they both wanted to started "Phase 1" of treatment right away, and follow up with a second phase after a few years. My daughter did Invisalign and had excellent results. The assistants and front desk are also very friendly and competent, and they have the latest technology. Be prepared for your permanent and plastic retainers that you should wear "for life" to spontaneously break just after a year, and then be prepared for a bitch office manager to interrupt you, speak over you, and act like it's a chore to get a phone call with the orthodontist to discuss concerns. It was especially pathetic when the office manager asked me "are you done" while I was trying to ask my questions and discuss my concerns. Truly awful and unprofessional conduct. When I had my braces removed I also had to go back multiple times to get extra glue removed from my teeth because they didn't do a thorough job. After spending over 5,000, I can't imagine why their office manager is so miserable, sensitive and unhelpful. It would be nice to get quality after-care and retainers for that price, and it seems extremely unreasonable that I should have to pay almost 300 for just a bottom retainer that I have taken excellent care of. Hoff ortho will charge you an arm in a leg and you won't get quality care. read more

I used Dr. Tracey before Dr. Hoff took over for my kids.The difference is that Dr. Tracey and staff were all about the kids and experience. I decided to return back to Dr. Hoff as a an adult after Dr Tracey's passing and was excited about the new space and esthetics. In the new office, I will have to say that I have been disappointed in my experience in terms of my one on one with my provider. Dr Hoff is not an inviting person. You are like walking into a plastic surgeon office, he still has the same coffee space and fresh cookies as Dr. Tracey. The only difference is the bed side manner from Dr .Hoff is he very quick to the answer ot pass on your question to other staff and you feel rushed in during youth visits, Dr Hoff is in and out before you can ask questions, not much eye contact and defers alot of my questions to his staff read more

Hoff Ortho is THE BEST around. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Everyone from the front admin staff to the assistants, to Dr himself are incredibly kind, encouraging, and competent. Everyone goes out of their way to get to know our family, and ask about their activities. They go above and beyond with ways to make the experience so fun for the kids. They can earn points for gift cards, they free coffee and cookies, they even have a wall of candy for when they get their braces off! This is my 3rd time getting treatment! I'm 26 years old and did braces twice and decided to try Invisalign. The staff here have been amazing. Always very nice and accommodating! Unfortunately, the retainer I purchased from Dr. Hoff broke after just 8 months. The welding fell apart. I was quoted two different prices for repair (both exorbitant) and two different prices for a new retainer if repair wasn't possible. The business does not stand behind their work and the costs seem to be ever-changing. I cannot recommend this business. read more

We love Hoff Ortho! My son got his first set of braces on at 7, and now a few years later, he has his last set on and he will have them for about a year and we will be done by the time he is 11! Braces have changed a lot since we were kids, but I love the progress, and his sore mouth days are few and far between since he is getting his teeth moved as they are coming in! My wife had a very bad experience at this office. She just got braces installed on her top teeth and one of the square pieces broke off on the right side of her mouth. The broken metal piece was poking her side cheek causing pain and discomfort for her. In addition, my wife could not sleep at night because of the pain from the broken brace. So I called office again and explain the issue that my wife would like to remove the braces altogether because of the discomfort she was getting. So the office allowed her to come in that day. But my wife was hoping that since the procedure would take an hour to remove the braces, can they just fix the broken one instead of removing all the braces. But for no explain reason once she was there at the office the doctor could not do that option only to remove all the braces, which did not make any sense. We would pay extra if it can be fixed. Once the procedure was complete, my wife ask about a refund for the procedure, but they did not say anything about it and just gave her paperwork to sign for the refund but nothing of how much we are getting back from it. Also the piece that broke was their fault because it was not installed correctly to the braces and that is why it broke. Very bad customer service and also they charge $6000 for the braces to be installed. This is way too expensive and we will not be going here again. 12/25/22 - Update.
