Ugh so this is my first negative review ever and not something I take lightly. I would highly recommend getting a second opinion before coming here. I came in because my retainer from 13 years ago broke and wanted it repaired. My teeth had moved some and got sold Invisalign instead. My smile was so beautiful after my braces with a different ortho that I was looking forward to it. Instead, my teeth look nearly the same lol I told them I wasn't happy and they suggested I go to my regular dentist for molds on my other teeth (what???). Then they said to wait 6 weeks and we'll revisit it, but they look the same. Attached is a photo of my teeth 10 years after braces with a different ortho, right before treatment with Hoff, and now. A side note, check with your insurance yourself. I changed insurance shortly after starting treatment and this office didn't tell me it wasn't covered until finished. Their finance rep said she was sick so that was why, but 13 months seems like a long time to use that excuse. read more

One of the assistant was rude to my son today. She took away his phone from his pocket!! (Hello? It's from his pocket). He has never felt so uncomfortable at a dental office. When she came out, she even told me to take away my son's phone if he doesn't wear his elastic bands.(Excuse me?! Who the hell are you?) and I swear I saw him wearing them daily and it might be the office's problem that didn't do well on his teeth and she tried to blame my son for not using the bands. Very disappointed in their service. I have 3 kids in braces and we have invested a considerable amount of money and time with doctor Hoff...but they are installing braces and not properly curing the brackets. Within 48 hours of installation we had to come back twice for brackets that have come off. They schedule my 3 kids with an hour gap inbetween appointments...so we spend the whole day sitting in the lobby. We have placed several calls and left message to get the brackets fixed and they have failed to return our calls. Is reasonable service too much to ask for? Hoping this message will remind them to give us a call to make things right. read more

Poor Service. They are a business for children and refuse to accommodate around their school schedules. Their Billing Department is a nightmare. They did not hear my son's pain and terrible discomfort to the point that they never took an X-Ray to find out what was going on. The pain was so bad that he couldn't wear the elastic bands. The high cement they put on his tooth caused a fracture and cavity. My son had to have root canal treatment. After not listening to our continues requests, they made me sign a waiver BEFORE removing his braces, not even knowing what was going on, and a using us of not complying with the treatment!!!! read more

Did.Hoff and his team are great. The office is really nice and everyone is super friendly. You can tell that everyone really knows what their doing and you feel comfortable the whole time. Jeremy was the one who put the attachments on my teeth and he was so great. *** First time and first impression *** Just wanted to thank all of those that work at the Hoff and Tracey Orthodontics group. In particular, Marie, Michelle, And Tina. A little background on myself, I had braces on for 7 years as a child and in my teen years. Had them removed when I was 18 when I went to college. It wasn't until after I had my "wisdom teeth" pulled that I noticed my teeth started to move. So, I decided that I would go check out how long it would take to get them fixed. I arrived promptly to my appointment and was taken right away with Tina to do my first consult. I am an adult and was very hesitant about getting braces put on based on previous experiences. Marie and Tina assured me that they are there to help and answer questions in which they did. After my X-rays were completed, Dr. Hoff went over the issues I was having in a clear and concise manner. Why my teeth were moving and the best process to fix the issues, and close the gaps in the quickest timeframe possible. Now what really set them aside from many other practices was the clear explanation of why the most expensive treatment was not right for my corrections. YES, you read this right, the most expensive system wasn't the right fit for my correction. Dr. Hoff and Tina explained why and it made perfect sense to me. We came up with a game plan and payment plan that worked great for my needs and started that day. I was handed over to Michelle and she was great. Explained the process of what was going to happen next and before I knew it, I was done. Believe me when I tell you that not all doctors, dentists, or orthodontists are the same. There is no comparison to the treatment I had as a young adult to what I experienced with this practice. If you want an honest, sincere, and customer service driven experience, this is the one and only place in the inland empire. I hope this helps you with a decision on where to go, I can tell you through multiple experiences and other opinions I had to fix my current issues, this is the place to be. So let me start by saying that I must have called a dozen offices before I was referred to Dr. Hoff ( by another office) with no avail. I hace recently moved here from out of town and simply needed a few of my invisalign attachments replaced. Not one office would help me.
