We got there about 1150p for lunch. The pizza displayed was disappointing. A few slice for each pizza, ham/pineapple and pepperoni pizza. The salad bar was basic and the thousand island dressing was lumpy, not sure if it's suppose to be that way. The service was friendly and the place looked clean. Video games in the back, music playing and the tv on. The pizza option wasn't that great. A fresh pepperoni pizza was finally brought out for the lunch buffet. The first fresh pizza I saw. That seemed to be the only fresh pizza served during the lunch buffet during the 45m I was there. I assumed fresh pizza would be available at lunch time and ready for customers to enjoy and eat. This did not happen. And maybe, I was there a little too early for their lunch rush? read more

My family comes to this location specifically because of the great customer service, the ease of ordering and we have a favorite spot to sit. I learned that this place has special offerings such as a discount on Tuesdays and a buffet on Wednesdays. I would like to check out the buffet soon. I also learned that they might offer something during football season which is good because this place has a lot of TVs which would be great for football season. Every time I have been here which is a quite a few times, I have enjoyed the clean interior and exterior. The staff who work here make sure we get everything we need and then some such as ranch or marinara. This Mountain Mike's Pizza is my favorite out of all the surrounding locations. read more

Pizza was good, and the service was just so-so. I got there at 4:57pm, April 9, 2026. A tall young man greeted me, but shortly took pizzas out to be delivered. I was left with a short woman that was not very pleasant. I had to ask for a few plates (she seemed bothered by that), and when i asked for napkins she said, "you can go get napkins off the table." Wow, you don't have a better way of saying that? I wish the guy stayed to help me instead, and she made a delivery. read more

Great customer service. Our favorite is the Snowy Alps! They are always really nice when we come to pick up and very accommodating. There was one time we felt the toppings were sparse and when I called to let them know, they were nice about it and gave us a promo code to use for a future order. Will not be ordering from this location again. I ordered a large pepperoni, and when I got home and opened the box I instantly noticed that there was only about half the amount of pepperoni that should be on the pizza. I called the restaurant thinking that surely this was a mistake, and that they would be replacing my pizza with one that had the right amount of ingredients. Boy was I wrong. The employee said that the owner had told everyone to "start putting less pepperoni on the pizzas for cost saving measures". That is flat out wrong, and owner should not be able to change the proportions of a franchise menu, especially not so drastically. It tasted like a sad cheese pizza with light sauce and light pepperoni, not a god-damn mountain mikes pepperoni. Please go to the other location on freeport, its only a 10 minute extra drive. This cheap owner of the rush river location doesnt deserve our money for sub-par product, and doesnt deserve to run a mountain mikes. So sad to see this location go downhill. read more

We went for the lunch buffet today , we got the lunch buffet all you can eat 14.99 each . Comes with salad bar, soda and pizza /breadsticks. They have it m-f 11am-2pm and on Wednesday nights 5-8 15.99. You go in get rung up and they give you your cup and plates. You serve yourself . Started off with a salad I actually like a salad bar, they also had a potato salad, macaroni salad and jello...then they had varied pizzas pepperoni, combo, sausage jalapeños , cheesy breadsticks some with pineapple . It was good recommended for families who eat a lot! The pizza was good myself I just enjoy a thinner crust but mountain mikes is one of the better chains. They have some arcade games for kids and candy machines , floor was alittle sticky , and the place was alittle on the dirty side and left out plates from prior patrons but they only had a couple workers there , I can understand because they had to run the business and cook pizzas. It's feels kinda like a sports or family atmosphere, also have beers on tap. I think you do get your moneys worth if you go in hungry ! read more

This location had the ABSOLUTE worse customer service!!! I've gone here many times and never had a problem!! Today was different. The app was not working for the free kings mini pizza and the employee Aaliyah lied and stated they had no way to override the promo. I advised her I've been in several times and the employee always had to manually enter the promo code. So she calls the owner Jaz and she says I have to use the app. So I literally tried 3 times in front of Aaliyah the employee and get an error message! I asked her to please call the owner again and if there was a way to override. She calls and puts the owner Jaz on speaker phone. Jaz then states it does work and tells the employee to go ahead and override and that she has to watch out for customers like me. I immediately spoke as Jaz didn't know she was on speaker! I told I stood here and her employee watched me try 3 times and saw the error message. So to imply that I was trying to get over is an absolute insult!!! I have way more class that!! I have NEVER been so insulted in my life. Furthermore I work 3 other people who tried using the app last in 3 different areas and it didn't work. I will be contacting Corporate as well as the CEO . Its so much grease it changed the flavor of the pizza..It's never been this way before, so it seems like when they made it they said "let's see if we can make these people sick". First time having MM's pizza and I was pleasantly surprised. Takeout process was quick and easy with an online order - they had my order ready by the 20 minute estimated time. God their combo pizza, and best part for me was the crust. Good combination of chewy and bready without being too doughy. Coming from the city, my bar for takeout pizza may have been irrationally high, but pizza from MM pizza makes such a great chain-pizza joint. read more

We always order from here for pick up but sometimes we like to come in to dine in. First off why are the tables outside full of spider webs and look so unorganized. The front door has so many finger prints and the windows. The inside is something else. I'm telling you this place inside is so filthy. Huge spider webs along the windows, booth tables not cleaned off, all the other tables have dust not cleaned, floor is dirty with crumbs, the private room in the back has so much debris and looks dirty, the baby seats are so nasty inside with crumbs/ hair/ etc. The kids arcade area also is disgusting you can tell they don't clean here at all and most of the arcade machines are broken where it takes your quarters. I'm sure the candy in those machines is 100% expired. While I looked around waiting for our order the staff was busy making pizza and what not. Nobody else was inside expect my family. Mostly a lot of people coming in to pick up orders. I noticed the manager or who ever she may be maybe the person in charge. Because all the employees seemed tense when she was around. She was walking around on her phone probably trying to meet the AC guy who came later on...she could've grabbed the dirty dishes off the tables/wiped the tables, you know did something instead of being on her phone. Nope, she just walked around doing nothing. She made a guy who was working in the back come sweep and wipe down the booths. But the place is still so disgusting to me. It needs a good detail day especially with how many costumers go into this store it needs to look A LOT better. Running a business and your store looks bad isn't a good look. I wonder how the back looks. It just shows that they only care about the money coming in and not the appearance of the store. I lost my appetite just eating here! read more

Unfortunately, their pizza's really lack sauce and toppings. We ordered 2 mini pizzas (free) from the King's promotion to try this place out (long ago we used to go to MM's for pizza buffets, but at a different location) as we've not been to this lcoation. I think all of them are franchises. Anyway, we picked up our pizzas and 1 of them is significantly bigger than the other, although both came in the same size boxes. In any case, both were dry and tasted subpar as the garlic creamy sauce was almost non-existent. There was some mozzarella cheese, but they put barely enough for the chicken to stick to and there were much chicken on top of these mini 1-topping pizza either. Thankfully, they were free as I can't imagine paying $11.95 for each, yikes... We've had mini pizzas previously from a couple of MM's in the Roseville areas and they were MUCH better than these 2 from this store so I know what they COULD be like for the exact same white garlic sauce mozarella mini chicken pizzas and these today were TER-RI-BLE! Even my kids were like, these are not good and they usually love any kind of pizza. read more

Ordered a large pepperoni and large chicken garlic, and definitely not the "Mountain Mike" taste as it use to be. The boneless Buffalo wings taste like the Tyson frozen.
