Oh how the greats fall…read more About 10 years ago, when Fire Wings started popping up, it was legit one of the best wing spots around. Unfortunately, its time at the top was short lived. Year after year the quality and service declined, and eventually I stopped going. I rarely order delivery, but wings sounded good and Fire Wings is the closest to me, so I gave it another shot for old times sake. I have dined in at the midtown location before and it's fine, fast casual and usually busy late night. Today, I ordered the 10 wing combo with plain fries. Hot take, but I've never liked their seasoned fries. They always feel overcooked and oily to me. I got mango habanero and lemon pepper, added five extra fire wings, and an extra ranch. The total would've been $38, but I had a $10 off coupon, so it came out to $28 before tip. Still expensive, but that's delivery pricing these days, not really the restaurant's fault. What is their fault is the size of these wings. Look at the photos, they were like toothpicks. I used to love Fire Wings because they served good quality wings with a lot meat on them. These had to have had less than an ounce of meat each. And it wasn't just a few of them, like 80% of the order was undersized. I honestly feel like they might have set aside a bunch of small wings for delivery orders, because the last time I dined in they were not this ridiculously small. The fries were whatever, basically standard frozen fries. I do remember that they used to give a ton of seasoned fries back in the day, but it looks like they also skimp on fries as well these days. The ranch was just okay, nothing special. The mango habanero was solid, one of my favorite wing flavors. Lemon pepper was just okay. And the fire flavor, which is supposed to be spicier than regular buffalo, tasted exactly like regular buffalo. This will be the last time I give Fire Wings my business. I have to accept they just aren't what they used to be. At this point I'd honestly take Wingstop over them for bigger wings and better sides. It's a shame, because the one thing Fire Wings always had going for them was their range of flavors.

It was just okay. We had them to deliver to us, which we could have walked only staying around the corner. It was a little bit better than the last pizza biz but I prefer Pizza House. Hopefully they get some business because every time we walk to the smoke shop they are never busy. That part of Fruit ridge is dead since the last shooting at the club next to them. People will always drive by but never will stop you know, probably would have did better by opening up a Chinese restaurant, but then Welco, so I don't know. Oh and the wings are Tyson, not the real wings. But I wish them luck with the pizza biz. read more

My family don't usually order pizza from restaurants, but their whole perspective changed. I ordered the bbq chicken, the supreme, and created the roasted garlic with sausages ave pepperoni because i saw the picture and craved it immediately. They were all delicious! Our favorites were the supreme and the roasted garlic one. Pizza Depot has very delicious, must try to know it! LOL. I am sure many of my cousins will ordering from here! read more
