This is my 3rd time coming here and I have gotten the garlic lover's pizza every time...it's that good.The garlic white sauce is flavorful, you can really taste the garlic in it. All the ingredients go well together, but my favorite part of the pizza is the sausage. The pieces of sausages are big and juicy. Would definitely recommend this spot! read more

Delivery Review Had a large pepperoni, with jalapenos poppers and a diet Pepsi. Originally I asked for diet coke but they sub for diet Pepsi. So I'm assuming no coke products. We ordered a large Meat Lovers pizza (#4) and it was alright. 10-15 minute wait and was ready to go the second we went in to check. The pizza looks great and the crust was pretty good but the rest of the pizza was kind of lacking in flavor overall. 3 packets of seasoning provided for a large pizza meant to feed 3-5 people, no plates or napkins. The proprietor of Giant Pizza called me just to ensure the order I had made online was correct. Upon clarifying the order was for some picky children, he said he would ensure the kiddos would get exactly what they wanted. That is great service. The pizza was delicious and did not survive long. I love the pizza here because it reminds me of my uncles old pizza shop. I like the taste of fresh dough and the prices. They have great deals so I know I can get a cheap pizza that I actually enjoy. I always get a two topping pizza (pepperoni and jalapeño) and I usually substitute the red sauce for white sauce. The pizza is delicious. I also enjoy their chicken strips. I must warn you, it's the processed fake strips but I love them lol It is in a sketch shopping center and they have some hand written promos posted. I used to love their pizza and it is quite good however, being a patron over the last few years I have found that when there is an error they do not take responsibility and they will yell at you over the phone. When I wrote a previous review about my experience they knew it was me and I waited a while before ordering their pizza but her whole demeanor changed when I walked through the door and she did not have that friendly hello how are you doing smile on her face anymore as she had previously had in past visits so this time it was more of an " oh it's you, the one that wrote the bad review" well I'm pretty sure they spit on my food after I noticed something very slimy that did not look like food and my son agreed that it was spit.. be careful with these guys read more

Okay... I know there are not a lot of good reviews about this place and I tend to agree the customer service needs some improvement. However... this pizza is tasty! Particularly the crust! Yes you heard right it is good. It's soft and delicious with just the right amount of chewy. The kids love it so much they always ask for this even more than the other pizza places. Price is reasonable and the pizza is tasty so possibly worth they try in my opinion. P.s we always get one of the family meals and there is always enough food for everyone. Enjoy! read more

3 stars for flavor , 4 stars on price. They need to cook and drain meats of most fat. Box shows this. They seem to use fresh mushrooms, to bad. When you get you pie they are ghosts of what they where. The caned mushrooms drained and rinsed good would greatly help flavor. Overall a good deal for the money. I wish they would cook the unloaded pie a bit then load it up. So there would'nt be uncooked bread under the sauce. Another thing load more towards the outside, so the center portions won't fall off when a person grabs a slice. Less bread on the outside rim and more under the toppings. I've never seen such a thin crust. I called back once and a women answered the phone , I wouldn't reccomend her to work with customers. And you shouldn't chew someone out without hearing both sides of the story. Both need to show much more emotional control. Couldn't even order without the guy being horribly rude.i couldn't hear him when he asked for my address and so I said "I'm sorry what'd you say?" And he screams "I NEED YOUR ADDRESS. CAN YOU NOT HEAR??" I let that go because I've heard this place was cheap and good and so I continue to order. He asks for my credit card info and I'm like "oh let me go grab it" and so I go to grab it but cannot find my purse so it takes an extra minute or two. I get it and say "okay sorry, let me know when you're ready." And he says "YEAH IVE BEEN WAITING. YOUVE BEEN KEEPING ME ON THE PHONE." Just called to order a pizza and I accidentally asked them how much a giant Hawaiian pizza ( when I meant large) the guy said $30+ so I asked how much a medium was and he said $10.80. So I told him I wanted the medium and when he was about to hang up the phone he said it in a mocking tone "giant pizza ha!!!" U r a business and people make mistakes all the time so chill unless u don't care about staying open!!!! Also they are so cheap with the Parmesan cheese packets!!!! They give only 1 packet of cheese and 1 packet of pepper and when u ask for more they u have to pay for it.... Seriously for a medium pizza u get only 1 packet of cheese!!! Cheap ass store!! Excellent customer service. I mistakenly ordered my pizza from the Broadway store. When I got to the Florin road store of course they didn't have my order. They were kind enough to call the Broadway store for me. They also got my pizza order in and done efficiently! It was for a pot luck and I was on time thanks to them. Also this is the best pizza I have had in the greater Sacramento area. The price is a lot more affordable than the pizza chains where I don't much enjoy the pizza. So great pizza, service and price! First a dropped pizza so I thought "ok I'll give them a chance", then on another occasion wings that were not delivered with the rest of the order. When going back to get them they gave a run around for $11 that was already paid for! So yes we paid twice in hopes he get a return for the other 11 and some change whenever that is. O but wait there's more! I called to try and figure things out calmly speaking with an employee and then a manager who who was rude and not understanding trying to rush me off of the phone with a "okay thank you we are busy buh bye" *hangs up the phone*. I ordered the garden salad and it only came with lettuce, bell pepper, olives and cheese. Where are the tomatoes? for $5.50? REALLY? I got a medium combination pizza, ranch dressing (yucky one from the bottle), and a garden salad for delivery and it was $27.25 plus a $3 tip for the driver. $30.25 Wow!!! I ordered two large two topping pizzas for delivery and was very happy with my order. This was my first time trying Giant Pizza but I might have to make them my new go to pizza spot in South Sac. The pizzas got here FAST and they were really fresh. Like, you have to blow on it before you take a bite fresh.
