Ordered an all meat cheese stuffed crust. We enjoyed it. Service was nice & friendly. Store was clean.

We were talked into buying a new type of pepperoni pizza they are offering with shredded pepperoni. Got it home and cooked it the same way we always do. The pizza began furiously bubbling within 5 minutes and the whole top was swimming in oil and overly browned. The crust beneath was raw. We took it back with an explaination and they basically wouldn't back the product. The clerk was fairly rude and said it was "operator error." We will never order another pizza from this location despite going there for more than 5 years. Too bad. ;-( read more

I love the convenience that Papa Murphy's has. There always seems to be a cup one code available and you do not have to create an account to use the app. I have discovered that ordering with the app is much more user friendly than trying to call in or use the web page. I ordered for curbside pickup and the app provided me with a confirmation "thank you for your order" as well as the pick up time when my order would be ready. I set the. Timer in my phone to match the time it would be ready and hopped in my car and once I arrived I called the store and within minutes I observed one of the employees exit the store to hand deliver my order to me while I waited in my car. As an added bonus I just want to mention that their chocolate chip cookie dough makes a delicious sweet treat...a perfect ending for pizza night at home! read more

I go out to eat, and I order for pick up all the time, I spend way too much money a month on food. But let me tell you this is a first time I've ever been to this, Papa Murphy's location yet alone, Papa Murphy's at all. But the customer service was absolutely exceptional. The vibe was nice. The employees seem nice and welcoming, and they didn't seem like they hate their job like everybody else does in the world. I am so sick of going out to eat and seeing these workers with attitude or just not caring. The employees that were working here tonight, which is Friday night at 8 PM, should be recognized to be honest. At least for there customer service, because that is gold. And no one else seems to have that in all of sacramento and greater area. Note to corporate: put yourself in as a consumer position, how many times have you gone out to eat or for pick up and got Bad service, anyway, or how many times has the workers made you feel welcome. your employees are pretty awesome. I always pass by here when shopping at the grocery store that is close by. Today I was craving pizza since I haven't had any for almost a year. When I lived in Elk Grove, the location I went to measured the toppings. This location I got a lot of toppings on my pizza. Lady working there was polite and this location is pretty clean. As a loyal customer, I love the pizza and the employees are masters of their craft on making pizza pies.. however..the manager who wears the black uniform is rude af, over the phone and in person. I called in an order and told me I couldn't modify my pizza, so I walked in the store and talked to another helpful employee who made my pizza. As I was inside waiting, 2 other patrons walked in and he total brushed them off with high pitch voice if they ordered or not and over talked them. He has anger issues and makes me not want to order from that location again. I tipped the other employees for great work. I dont like seeing anyone get terminated, but papamurphys should do a mental evaluation on that manager or who ever he is. If i could put ZERO stars i would. The associate was rude on the phone and told us she couldn't place an over the phone order, we had to be in store to order a pizza for pick up. We live literally 4 minutes away from the store and then we came to the store the doors were locked at 8:20pm when the store closes at 8:30pm. The associate looked at us and turned around and ignored us and went into the back. The associates name was Alexa. She needs to be fired. She wouldn't give us a managers name either. Papa Murphy's has come a long ways baby. Their pizza's used to be very thick and meaty. I believe the last time I ate here was when my daughter was 10 years old and we were having a pajama sleep over. Now we eat here often. Mostly getting the White chicken garlic pizza. Its the bomb! We always get the family size, but that pizza is so good its gone in no time. Good pizza at a great price The ideal that you can take your pizza and cook it when you want is fabulous. We have never had a problem with our order and the wait is never long plus they always give coupons so you can come back. The staff here is great, friendly and professional. The restaurant is clean and theres always someone eating here, which is strange for me to see since it is take and bake. This Papa Murphy's is over on Rush River next to the CVS, which is in a great location, because this is a busy lil strip mall. Yep Papa Murphy's is my new pizza. Of course you'll be sitting for awhile, so they've put a ton of benches inside for your comfort. When I visited, there must've been at least 5 people eagerly waiting for their pizza on top of several more who had ordered over the phone. Service: I would definitely recommend ordering before heading over. I think I waited about 15-20 minutes for my pizza to come out. When you add that to the baking time, it basically equates to intestinal torture. Synopsis: Not the best pizza ever, but it's a much cheaper option to takeout and you'll have complete control over how it's baked (probably not a plus if you can't bake to save your life). 10/5/14 & 10/15/14 Never heard of or been to Papa Murphy's before but can say not that I will be a regular customer. This location is in a shopping center with other businesses so there is plenty of parking. When you walk in, the staff greets you so warmly then ask how they can help you. Each time we have come in we got the new thin crust gourmet delite pizza. We tried the spicy fennel sausage pizza!!! Delicious!!! If you love spicy Italian sausage and sun dried tomatoes this pizza is for you. So here is the unique thing I love about this place. First the price: $10 for an awesome pizza is always ok In my book. Lol The second thing is that they build the pizza for you fresh and wrap it with baking instructions and you then go home to bake your pizza when you are ready so it can be hot and ready!! I find this pizza better and more cost effective than most delivery joints. I can get two large pizzas for the price of one Round Table large. Granted, Round Table is still my favorite as far as taste is concerned, and if I'm feeling extra lazy I go with Pizza Guys, but if I'm looking for an easy way to feed many people on gameday, Papa Murphy's is the way to go. We have always received good customer service from this location. We order pizza from here maybe every few months. The location is quick to complete an order, clean and the quality always seems to be fresh. Today we ordered a family size cowboy which has pepperoni, sasusage, olives and mushrooms. It was on sale today and $3.00 off. Wr also ordered a gluten free vegetarian delight. The gluten free only comes in one size and is maybe a med size. My total came to $27.00 which seems pretty step for a place that is take and bake. My gluten free pizza was $14.00! That's crazy! "Doc" and "Lilianna" continued to stare and me and talk as if I wasn't there. Phoned to cancel my order within 1 minute of ordering...they had run out of the soda I wanted. They promised to credit my card but didn't. I noticed the charge on my credit card. So far I've made 4 calls to resolve this. Was eventually able to speak to the manager on a Friday and he said he'd call me on Monday...he would look at the issue. He never called. Last night 1/3/2018 husband and I purchased a thin crust pizza and a side of chocolate cookies. We cooked all as directed and the pizza was not that good. The people in here are fantastic, even though my fiance and I regularly order a difficult pizza they've taken it as a personal challenge. We're in once-a-week like clockwork and they know us by name. I tried to call in an order today but requested our toppings to not be put on the pizza as our kids wanted to make the pizza themselves. We've done this a couple times in the past and it is so much fun for them. The person who took the order did not even try to accommodate us in the least bit. Brain convinced me to get the Family Size for only a dollar more. Sure, why not? If I'm buying a large pizza, might as well go for the whole she-bang! I went into Papa Murphys and placed my order which was half pepperoni half Hawaiian, left with my order and when i went to cook my order about 2 hrs later i noticed my order is not correct .I am very irritated because this is the 2nd time in a row I've came home and had my order be incorrect from that location. I called up to the store and was told i would have to bring the pizza back in for them to fix it. First of all i am a parent of 2 small children, 2nd i am pregnant, 3rd ive been up since 4am due to my having to be at work at 6am. So for me to have to pack up my exhausted, pregnant self and my kids into the car and go back up to the store for them to exchange my order is completely ridiculous. There is a reason why i do my errands before i go home, so i dont have to pack up my kids and leave my house again. The least the store could have done is offer the next pizza at no cost due to the fact that this was their mistake but the store refused only offering me to take additional time out of my night to drive the pizza back in so they could fix their error or to give me $2 off my next order which are both ridiculous and completely inconvenient for me. I will not be going back to that location due to this being the 2nd order they have messed up and the first one i never complained about. Updated Review: I am changing my stars from 1 to 4 for better service. I was contacted by the Manager and received a complimentary pizza for the poor service the first time. I really appreciate a business that cares about what is going on in their stores. I got a combo pizza and it was delicious. I would say make sure you call in your order or order then walk to bel air or longs to look around while you wait. I was told my pizza was not ready yet. I sat down and waited. I watched a line full of people (who had not called in their pizza) order and pick up their pizzas before mine was even made! I waited thirty additional minutes waiting for my pizza only for it to be made incorrectly. When I told them I asked for no pepperoni they lady argued about it but finally remade it when I showed her the paper with my order written on it. She was rude and unfriendly and made NO apology that I waited over 50 minutes after calling in for a pizza to be made. When I left I was the ONLY customer left. What's the point of calling in an order when I still had to wait? I hope this type of service is not typical of this store as I really enjoy Papa Murphy's Pizza. read more
