After a very long day I just wanted something quick and hot to eat in bed at my hotel. Luckily Mountain Mike's was less than 2mi away. The personnel were friendly and my pizza was done pretty quickly. It was hot and delicious. I really appreciated the addition of artichoke hearts to the normal veggies. If I'm ever back in Roseburg I would stop again. read more

My wife and I had never been here but heard they had a buffet. We got there and paid $27 for two buffets. We got our food and it was all cold. VERY COLD. Evidently they didn't have the heaters on. Took them about 15-20 min to cook more food. I had to eat super fast since we were on lunch breaks. We won't ever be going back. I would have liked a refund but they never offered it. read more

Pleasant Experience @ Mountain Mike's Pizza in Roseburg, OR. ! First time patrons to this location. We arrived at 12 noon on Monday and were happy to purchase their affordable lunch buffet. There were already several customers present so we patiently waited our turn. The employee at the register was courteous. They were appropriately staffed to deal with replenishing the food buffet. The salad bar was fully stocked. There were many pizza options to choose from and I enjoyed the cheese and veggie options. I was told the pizzas with meat were great as well. The restaurant itself was on the smaller side but cute, with some booths that looked like ski-lifts, with a wall mural scene that enhanced this unique feature. It was clean, tables were comfortably spread out, and it was nice to see everyone picking up after themselves. Great neighborhood pizza spot! Thank you. read more

This is the second time they have gotten our order wrong. I ordered knots with our pizza and got potatoes instead. I was told that it was corporate's problem then I was told I made the mistake when ordering. Online, knots are after wings and before potatoes. My wife picked up the order and she was told I needed to come to the restaurant to show the Mgr. how I placed the order. I know I didn't not make a mistake ordering. All of this as our pizza is being kept "warm". I used their rewards program $20. Mgr. said she would have to charge $20 to make it right and I rounded up the 20% tip to $9. So with Mt. Mikes Pizza, understand that any mistakes made by them will be your fault. Full Stop...... Sincerely, G. Gannon read more

Driving through and this place was recommended due to looking for food that delivered. Highly recommend to try... On the spendy side but the whole family enjoyed and delivered easily even for a hotel room. The delivery driver was pleasant and delivered with a smile. Nice to see a smiling delivery person. We got the Pepperoni (Lg) & BBQ at the Ranch (Md) feeding 4 adults with leftovers: The pepperonis were smaller than your normal size, which cooked and gave it a nice crunchy ends. The BBQ was covered in cheese and it was soft (including the crust). The cut size were small, but the toppings will fill you after a couple of slices. We received 5 containers of dipping ranch, cheese, pepper flakes & napkins. Completely forgot to ask for any of these, great they provided and for free. read more

Nice ambience but my experience fell short of expectations. The pizza was ok but the thick doughy crust is not a favorite. Here's my real complaint. I stopped for the lunch buffet. Decent salad bar. In the hot side you had a pizza tray of cheese bread, a tray of sweet bread and to small (maybe mediums) of random pizza. Delays in fresh pizza were long. I counted 18 patrons in the restaurant. A pizza was set out and it disappeared in minutes, leaving customers standing in wait of the next. It was a joke. I hope that isn't the norm but it will keep me from returning. read more

I tried, it was disappointing. Tried a second time, even worse. Somehow they just can't get their act together to make good pizza so I'm done with Mountain Mike's. My wife had an encounter with a rude employee, so she won't go back anyway. Frozen pizza is just about as good, maybe better. There is fresh GREAT pizza in Roseburg but you're gonna pay big $$ for it out Diamond Lake Blvd or up NE Stevens (or Sutherlin or Winston or Myrtle Creek). read more

Not a pizza fan but my wife wanted to try Mountain Mike's. We got a medium pizza with "choose your own" toppings. The server was very welcoming and friendly, and ordering was quick and easy. There is no table service but everything you need is provided. The food is delivered to your table by the staff and turn around is very quick; we waited about 5 minutes. The pizza was really good with a crispy crust and fresh vegetables. It was cooked perfectly (for me) and everything was hot. Jonathan the store manager kept an eye on the dining room and made sure the tables were kept clean as guests left. He actually used a small bucket of cleaning solution to rinse his cloth between tables. I finally found a pizza place I can go back and visit again! read more

Yummy buffet. Clean establishment. Service is decent. Love coming here for buffet lunch.

This place is not a good choice. We decided to go back although it wasn't good the first time because it's the only buffet in town at this point and we were craving a good salad bar and some pizza. It was after 11:30 when we got there and they open at 11:00am. Although there was only a couple of other people in the restaurant, there was only a few slices of one of the two pizzas out left. The salad bar was definitely from yesterday or two days ago because the lettuce was brown and soggy on top and better underneath which tells me they're trying to feed the early customers the stuff from yesterday before it goes bad. I don't appreciate that. While we were there, no pizza was put out and a couple of other people had even come in. I won't be back. read more

Good pizza, friendly service, been here multiple times now and have always been pleased with the food. Would consider this easily one of the better options compared to what was already available, and particularly love their pepperoni, it has a nice mild spicyness to it and the crust is thick but flavorful. Could use a bit more sauce, and the prices are a little high, but every now and then it's worth it! read more

Pizza is good. Online ordering experience is overly complicated. I hit the pepperoni pizza icon to select it. I then hit "customize". I apparently needed to reselect pepperoni since it became a medium cheese pizza. After entering an insane amount of information I forgot to confirm the accuracy of the order. Most online pizza sites need pizza, address, and credit card. This one is not intuitive and I will just call it in next time. There is also no place to leave a comment like "I'm in a hotel room so please include plates and plastic silverware ". I have a med cheese pizza. read more

Horrible service, food is mediocre. The whole order is wrong. Some pizzas are raw. Waited over 45 minutes. The pizza had been ready and they had just forgotten about me. They were just messing around in the back being "busy" standing around. Pizza is raw and just seared looking at the bottom read more

It's alright. Just regular pizza and nothing to brag about. It does turn me off when the front person is sweating all over the place and makes me wonder what's going on with my food. Honestly I like Dominos right across the street better. Dominos thin crust is 10 times better. This one was too soft. And I'm a pizza lover. read more

I love pizza. I could live on pizza alone. I like all kinds of pizza so I go to different pizza places to buy pizza all the time. I will not be going back to Mountain Mike's. If you like mediocre pizza at premium pizza prices this is the place for you. I ordered thin crust and it couldn't have been any worse if they just used cardboard. It was dry and tasteless. The whole pizza lacked flavor. I was severely disappointed. I don't like giving negative reviews but I just had to this time. The staff was courteous if not overly friendly and the place is clean. I thought the prices were high but figured if it tasted really good it was worth it. I have had better pizza from the grocery store freezer. The online order system was easy to use and the pizza was done on time as promised. Unfortunately the food was really lacking. read more

For me, this was a decent pizza, not sure what happened to others. Part of the reason for ordering here is the fact that they offer a Gluten Free crust which a family member must have. We've had that twice and it was fine, maybe a tough overdone, but GF can be hard. I had the bacon chicken pizza and it was pretty good. I'd have liked a bit more chicken and a whole lot less green onion, ,but I ate it all and I wasn't super thirsty afterwards, so it didn't have a ton of salt. The crust was on the thicker side, but that was fine for me. We ordered on-line while driving down the highway and it was ready when we got there and that was fantastic. Price is higher than I would like, but then what isn't these days? While I'm not in town often, from my experience, I'd give them a try again. read more

This was kinda gross. Wings were disgusting. So slimy and mushy had the texture of just eating fat. Would never recommend them. The sauce choice was good but they needed more on the wings and they said they were spicy but they were all very mild. Salad bar was also pretty icky, needed more options and fresh ingridmets, the lettuce was red. Pizza was also mid, also needed fresher toppings and more flavor. read more

Um, I'm pretty sure I ordered a pepperoni pizza. But maybe I ordered cheese and they accidentally put a few pieces of pepperoni on it?!?! This was our "second chance" takeout for them so back to pizza palace and Splitz. Can't fail with either one of those. read more

Came in for the lunch buffet today after seeing it advertised and being the only salad bar in town open (to my knowledge). To be honest, the salad bar was a wreck. A lot of the toppings were frozen, such as the cucumbers. Frozen, transparent and slimy. We kindly asked the gentleman who works at the front if he could replace them with fresh or unfrozen cucumbers as they had obviously gone bad. He said "Um... yeah, one second." Walked away and did not come back or replace them. Many toppings were low, at the bottom or empty. Stale topping such as croutons. Pizza was pretty good, a little over cooked. However, the other gentleman working, whom I assume is the manager, was in and out of the lobby to clear tables, stocking the pizza portion of the buffet, taking food to tables and visibly doing all that he could to keep things afloat. The syrup in one of the sodas was out and he kindly substituted the beverage with a bottled soda in its place at no additional charge. I think that it has great potential to be a wonderful lunch buffet but could perhaps use a little more care and upkeep during the hours that it is available. Although I left unsatisfied and a little bit disappointed, I will definitely try it again and give it another chance on a separate occasion. I understand everywhere is short staffed and short handed right now. I am hoping that we just came in on an off day. read more

Three strikes, and you're out! This is the third time (in three orders) that this place has screwed up our order. Not even gonna call this error in since on a $25.00 pizza they give us only a $10.00 credit. I've worked in restaurants for over 30 years. this is unacceptable, and we WILL NOT BE BACK! read more

Honestly, slightly disappointed. Just under $70 for 2 pizzas and 1 order wings and that was before the tip. One of the pizzas was burnt on the bottom. Asked for bleu cheese for the wings and didn't get any. The second pizza a Sizzling Bacon was pretty decent though. read more

Last time ordering anything from Mountain Mike's. I ordered a pepperoni pizza for my husband and son who are quarantined. My 12 year old said, "this doesn't look anything like the first time we ordered." My husband said it was awful. Really disappointing that this restaurant has gone downhill so fast. We will not be ordering from here again. My advice, spend your money elsewhere. Even Dominos puts more effort into their pizza. Maybe that's why they do a lot of business, whereas this store looks to be dead. read more
