My wife and I had never been here but heard they had a buffet. We got there and paid $27 for two buffets. We got our food and it was all cold. VERY COLD. Evidently they didn't have the heaters on. Took them about 15-20 min to cook more food. I had to eat super fast since we were on lunch breaks. We won't ever be going back. I would have liked a refund but they never offered it. read more

Pleasant Experience @ Mountain Mike's Pizza in Roseburg, OR. ! First time patrons to this location. We arrived at 12 noon on Monday and were happy to purchase their affordable lunch buffet. There were already several customers present so we patiently waited our turn. The employee at the register was courteous. They were appropriately staffed to deal with replenishing the food buffet. The salad bar was fully stocked. There were many pizza options to choose from and I enjoyed the cheese and veggie options. I was told the pizzas with meat were great as well. The restaurant itself was on the smaller side but cute, with some booths that looked like ski-lifts, with a wall mural scene that enhanced this unique feature. It was clean, tables were comfortably spread out, and it was nice to see everyone picking up after themselves. Great neighborhood pizza spot! Thank you. read more

This is the second time they have gotten our order wrong. I ordered knots with our pizza and got potatoes instead. I was told that it was corporate's problem then I was told I made the mistake when ordering. Online, knots are after wings and before potatoes. My wife picked up the order and she was told I needed to come to the restaurant to show the Mgr. how I placed the order. I know I didn't not make a mistake ordering. All of this as our pizza is being kept "warm". I used their rewards program $20. Mgr. said she would have to charge $20 to make it right and I rounded up the 20% tip to $9. So with Mt. Driving through and this place was recommended due to looking for food that delivered. Highly recommend to try... On the spendy side but the whole family enjoyed and delivered easily even for a hotel room. The delivery driver was pleasant and delivered with a smile. Nice to see a smiling delivery person. We got the Pepperoni (Lg) & BBQ at the Ranch (Md) feeding 4 adults with leftovers: The pepperonis were smaller than your normal size, which cooked and gave it a nice crunchy ends. The BBQ was covered in cheese and it was soft (including the crust). The cut size were small, but the toppings will fill you after a couple of slices. We received 5 containers of dipping ranch, cheese, pepper flakes & napkins. Completely forgot to ask for any of these, great they provided and for free. read more

Nice ambience but my experience fell short of expectations. The pizza was ok but the thick doughy crust is not a favorite. Here's my real complaint. I stopped for the lunch buffet. Decent salad bar. In the hot side you had a pizza tray of cheese bread, a tray of sweet bread and to small (maybe mediums) of random pizza. Delays in fresh pizza were long. I counted 18 patrons in the restaurant. A pizza was set out and it disappeared in minutes, leaving customers standing in wait of the next. It was a joke. I hope that isn't the norm but it will keep me from returning. read more

Not a pizza fan but my wife wanted to try Mountain Mike's. We got a medium pizza with "choose your own" toppings. The server was very welcoming and friendly, and ordering was quick and easy. There is no table service but everything you need is provided. The food is delivered to your table by the staff and turn around is very quick; we waited about 5 minutes. The pizza was really good with a crispy crust and fresh vegetables. It was cooked perfectly (for me) and everything was hot. Jonathan the store manager kept an eye on the dining room and made sure the tables were kept clean as guests left. He actually used a small bucket of cleaning solution to rinse his cloth between tables. I finally found a pizza place I can go back and visit again! read more

Would consider this easily one of the better options compared to what was already available, and particularly love their pepperoni, it has a nice mild spicyness to it and the crust is thick but flavorful. This place is not a good choice. We decided to go back although it wasn't good the first time because it's the only buffet in town at this point and we were craving a good salad bar and some pizza. It was after 11:30 when we got there and they open at 11:00am. Although there was only a couple of other people in the restaurant, there was only a few slices of one of the two pizzas out left. The salad bar was definitely from yesterday or two days ago because the lettuce was brown and soggy on top and better underneath which tells me they're trying to feed the early customers the stuff from yesterday before it goes bad. I apparently needed to reselect pepperoni since it became a medium cheese pizza. After entering an insane amount of information I forgot to confirm the accuracy of the order. Most online pizza sites need pizza, address, and credit card. This one is not intuitive and I will just call it in next time. For me, this was a decent pizza, not sure what happened to others. Part of the reason for ordering here is the fact that they offer a Gluten Free crust which a family member must have. We've had that twice and it was fine, maybe a tough overdone, but GF can be hard. I had the bacon chicken pizza and it was pretty good. I'd have liked a bit more chicken and a whole lot less green onion, ,but I ate it all and I wasn't super thirsty afterwards, so it didn't have a ton of salt. The crust was on the thicker side, but that was fine for me. We ordered on-line while driving down the highway and it was ready when we got there and that was fantastic. The sauce choice was good but they needed more on the wings and they said they were spicy but they were all very mild. Came in for the lunch buffet today after seeing it advertised and being the only salad bar in town open (to my knowledge). To be honest, the salad bar was a wreck. A lot of the toppings were frozen, such as the cucumbers. Frozen, transparent and slimy. We kindly asked the gentleman who works at the front if he could replace them with fresh or unfrozen cucumbers as they had obviously gone bad. He said "Um... yeah, one second." Walked away and did not come back or replace them. Many toppings were low, at the bottom or empty. Stale topping such as croutons. Pizza was pretty good, a little over cooked. However, the other gentleman working, whom I assume is the manager, was in and out of the lobby to clear tables, stocking the pizza portion of the buffet, taking food to tables and visibly doing all that he could to keep things afloat. The syrup in one of the sodas was out and he kindly substituted the beverage with a bottled soda in its place at no additional charge. I think that it has great potential to be a wonderful lunch buffet but could perhaps use a little more care and upkeep during the hours that it is available. Although I left unsatisfied and a little bit disappointed, I will definitely try it again and give it another chance on a separate occasion. I understand everywhere is short staffed and short handed right now. I am hoping that we just came in on an off day. read more

My 12 year old said, "this doesn't look anything like the first time we ordered." My husband said it was awful. Really disappointing that this restaurant has gone downhill so fast.
