I wish I could give this place 4 stars...maybe even 4.5 because the pizza came out in good time and we even had a large party (12ish people) with multiple orders. The problem though is that for one, their prices are a little high (a small should never be over 10$ and theirs is almost 15 for a one topping!) And more importantly, on their menu the price shows a dollar less than they actually charge... What in the world, I honestly can't remember the last time that happened anywhere! DISGUSTING! Found a piece of HAIR IN THE CHEESE BREAD!! At first I thought maybe it could've been my hair but no. The hair was under the cheese ( you can't see in the picture but in person you can). The pizza was OVER PRICED and was not tasty whatsoever. Little Cesar's is a better tasting pizza and way cheaper. Cheese bread tasted so much better than the actual pizza which was a bit disappointing, but after seeing the piece of hair I did not want to eat either the pizza or the bread sticks. Best pizza ever!! So freaking fresh and hot right out the box delivery was fast pizza and garlic sticks with the ranch man delicious!!!!

Stopped through here and pizza was better than we had expected. Plentiful on toppings was a super plus. Altho dough was thick, the pizza was cooked through and crispy on the bottom. Beer on tap was nice n cold which was appreciated after a few days of backpacking. Restaurant and esp bathrooms were clean too! We would come back if in the area. read more

Solely a GF review, I cannot speak for their regular pizza: Never come here for gluten free pizza. The pizza's are small, and way way way overpriced. We paid $30 for two SMALL pizzas. Don't do it. Not worth it. Go to Pieology/Blast instead. The crusts are better and you dont have to pay a million dollars for toppings! They're unlimited. read more

Everything we wanted in a pizza and Me n Ed's doesn't supply anymore. Toppings went all the way to the edge of crust. Right ratio of sauce and cheese. Pizza delivered hot. Love it! We may pay a few more dollars but worth it. We will return and continue to do business at this location. read more

Granted my family came into the restaurant an hour and a half prior to closing, but the dining room was a disaster and none of the staff cleaned it up the entire time I was there. I would've given them much higher rating they actually kept all of the services open until they closed. Many of us were four ready to go home and that's not good for service. Terrible customer service. Went 3/14/20 to pick up a pizza, was told pizza wasn't ready and would be in a few minutes. We waited for 20 mins beyond the time that was promised.still no pizza. Asked lady behind the counter to please check again as they were NOT busy, we were the only customers in the store. Our pizza had been sitting in a box for over 20 mins. They were too lazy to even look if it was finished when we came in. We asked to see a manager and all we were told is "the people in the back are not doing their jobs right" and he gave us a free .50 cent jalapeño. Super frustrating. Overpriced. Me N Eds tastes better and is a way better value. We spent $80 on 3 large pizzas, 4 sides of ranch and 2 jalapeños. We tried the new Clovis location for the first and last time this weekend. Pizza tasted fine but it was way overpriced. Hard to justify paying $24 for a large combination pizza when you can get a better tasting one right across the street at Me N Eds for half the price. I used to order from one of the other stores years ago, but I moved out of range. I was so excited to see they opened this store and ordered from here. I was let down. I ordered a large sizzlin bacon double cheese and jalapeno poppers. the poppers tasted like they were frozen and microwaved, chewy not crispy and surely not worth $7 for 6 of them. I got passed the poppers because it was the pizza I was excited about. I was let down. the really skimped on the toppings (they used to pile them on) and there was no sauce, you could not taste it. I am hoping this is an isolated incident and will give them another chance. I do not like spending $40 on a meal I could get out of the freezer section for $8. Step up your game and get back to the quality standards you held 5 years ago or this store will not last. read more

This is a great spot. I recently moved to the area from the central coast and very familiar with this pizza chain. This location is by far the cleanest and most aesthetically appealing that I've ever experienced. People might complain about the prices, but you can compare it to a Me N Ed's which I know is a very popular pizza chain in the Central Valley. Very disappointed with customer service. I ordered 2 Cliffhanger sandwiches online and had them delivered. I was disappointed when I open the box to discover the order was 2 pizza breads with cheese and ham.....not what I order. So I called the Clovis location and spoke with the manager and explain to her what I ordered and what was delivered. I told her the sandwich I ordered was on a roll, with meat, lettuce, tomato, mayo and mustard....the cliffhanger! The manager told me the picture of the Cliff hanger sandwich online wasn't exactly what's the sandwich looks like. (WTF...that doesn't even make sense). Then she says to me....What do you want me to do? I just couldn't believe the poor customer service, lack of ownership in their mistake and basic and total disregard for customer satisfaction. I am familiar with Mountain Mike's from where I used to live up by Sacramento: They typically make a pretty good pizza with quality ingredients and this was no exception. I ordered pizza for delivery, delivery time was prompt, pizza was hot, and quality was good. Unfortunately, I think they are a little pricey for what you get, thus 4 stars instead of 5.
