How can you beat this value. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The downside is that the WiFi doesn't work. I had some very important work to finish for my job and was unfortunately thwarted. Even when I provided my personal information and signed up for their loyalty program, the Internet was still useless. That knocked my rating down from four stars to three.

Told me she was not able to that. Would you call another HI Express? No but you can. Took keys lugged luggage to opposite end and with great difficulty struggled to carry luggage three floors. Arrived at Room 301, used key and door opened into a room with clothes strewn about and someone in the shower. Painfully walked back downstairs, "Oh should be 312". Stumped back upstairs to a very outdated room, little to no furniture. Most horrible experience with a hotel in my 72 years. Wrote review 1 out of 5 to corporate IHE, with no response. Then received email from HI Express Dandridge requesting review. Send them the same 1 star review detailing this horrible experience. Then I was able read other reviews, at least 50 with 1 or 2 star reviews dating back to 3 months expressing the same 3rd. Floor, no elevator, poor shabby interior, lack of customer care or customer service. It was clear corporate HIE and IHG have known about this horrible customer experience for months and did nothing to at least warn the customer. I will be very wary of trusting HIE or HOLIDAY INN Corporate in the future.

Our room was CLEARLY a smoking room, and every aspect of the room was dirty. This hotel was a colossal health hazard in every way. I am someone who rarely reviews any place of business, but if only one traveler reads this and stays away, it would be worth posting. Our hot tub cover was done, water logged and difficult for one person to take off, but thats fixable.... And did not deter our enjoyable time at all. We star gazed from the hot tub. The morning was just as good. I got up at Sunrise and sat in that tub water the wild life. The small villas have privacy screen walls for the decks. The two end units are more open without privacy screens on the corners. There is a one time cleaning fee so if you stay more than 1 night, the cost is VERY affordable. I very much wish we had just rented this place the WHOLE time we were in TN. I am sad to leave. This was a perfect jumping off ground to the Great Smokey Mountains and Knoxville.
