Ambiance: Simple, and a little cramped space. Service was subpar Food: Omlette was okay! Little on the bland side but okay. Chilaquiles was really good! Unfortunately the side of fruit we ordered had tiny caterpillars . We brought it to our Server's attention, he said sorry and left. Parking: There is a huge common parking lot in the plaza

I ordered a BLT with fries. It was perfectly toasted on wheat bread, with tomato. My friend ordered an avocado and turkey BLT, with a side of fries. The size of the sandwiches were generous. The fries came out piping hot, and our waiter brought more, explaining we didn't get full portions! Although this place was very busy, we only waited a few minutes for a table. There's a nice atmosphere with a lot of chatting and soft background music. Service was excellent

The restaurant was cozy and the service was pretty fast. We ordered the simple breakfast sandwich and Huevos Rancheros. I personally enjoyed the huevos rancheros, it was cheesy, with tortillas filled with beans and meat. It is a good place to stop by for brunch before your hikes in the Rocky Mountains!

This breakfast and brunch restaurant in Estes Park has a great selection. I loved the breakfast burrito I got here before we set off to hike. It was a big portion that I couldn't finish, although I tried really hard. The burrito's contents tasted fantastic, and the food was reasonably priced for a resort town. My friend enjoyed her omelette as well.

Good food, short staffed so it will take a little longer, but well worth the wait. French Toast Combo was very good.

This weekend we took a mini trip to Estes park and we were so happy to find this restaurant. As soon as we enter we were greeted and sat with a smile. Food is great and service is awesome. Don't doubt to stop by and try their many dishes, everything we ordered was so good! Very calm place to enjoy breakfast lunch or dinner !..... Thanks again Jesus for such good service!

I slept about 4 hours the night before to make it early for sunrise. To say that a few tasty beers were what the doctor ordered would be the understatement of the century! None of this matters, of course, to the good folks at Rocky Cut Brewing Company. This is off the main drag of Estes in an unassuming strip plaza. Humble vibes inside, a simple U-shaped bar top with seating all around, a few smaller tables, a community table, and a large patio with mostly picnic table seating. If you're lucky, snag a stool right along the Big Thompson River! Though, I recommend they fix the wooden placeholders for beers, they're leaning on the wrong side of history, we don't want any full glasses of beer reaching an unnecessary demise! Interference IPA * American IPA * 6.7% * 16oz ($7) From their website: "Climbing the Interference Boulder in Rocky Mountain National Park requires strength and power. This Colorado IPA showcases the power of hops with an intense blend forging citrus aromas with a pine forward finish. Featured ingredients: Cascade, El Dorado, Mosaic, Chinook, & Simcoe hops * Recommended adventure: hiking Black Lake, climbing the Twin Owls, skiing upper Hidden Valley." A perfectly apt description. I would summarize this beer just as they did, focusing on hops, citrus, and pine. Absolutely delicious, a memorable IPA in recent memory. I liked it so much I ordered it again and it tasted just as delicious the second time down! They also had a food truck outside, so safe to assume they do this often. Would love to try more of their beers during my next visit. Rock Cut, I see you!

There were a couple of mix-ups with our order, including Mezcal which has a very distinct taste accidentally being added to my margarita, and some incorrect side dishes but the staff handled everything quickly and professionally. Since the restaurant had only recently reopened with a new menu, the mistakes were understandable. I ordered the Smashburger with fries, and my friend had the chicken fajita sandwich with a salad. The food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable for the area. The rooftop offers beautiful views of Estes Park and is conveniently located right in the shopping district. The only downside was the orange barrier coverings around parts of the rooftop while renovations were being completed. They blocked some of the views and took away a bit of the ambiance. Once those renovations are finished, this will be an even better spot. Great food, attentive service, and a fantastic location, I would definitely visit again once the renovations are completed.

We sat down and about 10 minutes later, a couple sat behind us and our waitress visited and brought water to their table first instead of ours. In addition, another couple behind us was not seen by any waiter/waitress and had to ask a worker (who might have been an assistant manager? Although, not clear what his position was) if they can order with him. Overall service felt scattered, a bit slow overall, and unprofessional. Food: I ordered the tex mex bowl with barbacoa. It tasted as expected, nothing spectacular. However, there was a massive piece of plastic in my food. I let the waitress know and she apologized on behalf of the kitchen. I kept the meal because I hate waste and I didn't see any other plastic pieces in the food. Right after I found the plastic, I also discovered a bone in the meat. It was big enough to hurt a tooth if I had bit down on it but thankfully I spit it out before I chewed my food completely. While a bone might be normal to find in meat, I was certainly unhappy that now two objects were in this food. I was never comped for my meal and the manager never visited my table to apologize. I only write reviews if I had a fantastic experience or when I feel the need to warn others about the restaurant. I recommend choosing another restaurant before choosing this one if you prefer quality food and service.

We ordered the family meal with eight pieces of chicken, two sides, and four biscuits. I was especially excited for the fried chicken since it's supposed to be their thing, but it came out super overcooked and dry. The breading wasn't crispy at all, just soggy. It tasted like the oil wasn't hot enough and the chicken spent way too long taking a bath in it. The biscuits were good, the coleslaw was actually excellent, and the fries were just... fries. My sister ordered her burger medium, but it came out raw, which definitely didn't help. We had lunch at Stanley last summer and the food was fantastic. If you're heading that way, I'd honestly recommend driving the extra block and eating inside the hotel instead. My parents also ate here last year and said the quality has dropped quite a bit. Maybe we caught them on an off day, but based on this visit, I don't think we'll be back.

After one of my go-to nearby restaurants closed down, I decided to venture here for a burger. This place rocks! Boss Burgers and Gyros reminds me of a classic dive that we all know and love. Nothing fancy, no frills, no fuss, no pretentiousness, just tasty food at an affordable price. You order at the counter and the cashier gives you a table number. Plenty of outdoor seating with some indoor seating as well. This place gets pretty busy, but the staff hustles. Kitchen is cranking out relatively quick ticket times so you don't have to wait that long at all. For a cheeseburger with bacon and jalapeños and an order of cheese fries, this was $14 and change. And I added the bacon and jalapeños to the burger! In Denver, this would be $25, haha. The cheese fries (small) were really enough for two people. So you get your money's worth after a day exhausting yourself at RMNP. Burger was great. I added some mustard to mine at the table. It comes with LTO, ketchup, and mayo. This tastes like what you want at a backyard BBQ. Served on a red plastic tray with paper lining, this mom and pop place dishes humble food without breaking the bank. Bacon was crispy, cheese was melty, I had no complaints! Only knock on the cheese fries were that they desperately needed salt. It's not the best burger place of all time, but it doesn't need to be. These are the types of places I love supporting. Will return and maybe try an elk dog next time!
